    Repair fridge

    Fridge not working. Repair guy came and determined it needed a fan. When he cane back with fan, found it needed another part which took many days. Fridge was finally fixed after 10 days repair guy was very polite and apologetic about how it took so long

    Refridgerator Repair

    Upper Kenmore Fridge not cooling although bottom freezer is ok.. Called for service at 11.00am. Technician arrived at 2.30pm explained that this is a common problem and outlined possible problem areas and the cost to remedy the problem. Repair successfully completed at approx. 3.30pm same day. Technician ( Roman) knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

    Fridge repair

    The technician show up in the time frame, diagnosis the problem correctly and provided the fast and efficient service to my fridge at the same time the price is reasonable.

    Dishwasher

    Prompt. Said they would be here at a certain and they were. Friendly. Ensured it worked before he left. Asked it the price was ok before proceeding. Would highly recommend / use again.

    Service

    The technician had a very good knowlage about the product ( wirpool washing machine) he provide a wonderful service, he knew wight away what the problem was. I will use this company again if I will need apllaience repair.

    GE Washer repair

    GE Washer stopped working. Internet search conducted. Reviews read. Express Appliance Repair was contacted and appointment scheduled. Scheduler was very pleasant. Service technician arrived on the time specified, conducted repair satisfactorily and personable.

    Samsung Washer

    Had to replace a defective pump. Technition was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and really cared about repairing the machine. The machine is only 14 months old and he was sympathetic about the expense. I would highly recommend this company and this technician.

    New waterline for Fridge

    Technician arrived in a timely manner not very enthusiastic. I explained to him that I cleaned underneath the fridge and after that, that there was water on the floor. I turned of the water immediately so he argued with me that it's ok it's not leaking right now. I insisted to change the water line he said he can't pull out the dishwasher, it was a easy task

    Dryer repairman

    They were1.3 he’s past the 2 hour window, and had to come back another day with the correct dryer belt. They were aware in advance that it was the belt and that it was a Kennmore machine... very frustrating!
