    Dishwasher

    The dishwasher needed to be repaired the technician “Mayor” found the problem, the spring on the door broke. It didn’t take long for him to fix. We are very satisfied with his work.

    Fridge repair

    Refrigeration service

    Excellent service, friendly, honest and upfront. Would highy recommend. Called them last night and was able to get it fixed in one day.

    Diagnosis of why the LG fridge is not cooling

    The service man came, look at the backside of the fridge and determine that it was a compressor problem. He didn’t bother to check it was due to Freon leaking. ARS technician came a few days. He determined and confirmed that the Freon system has leak (s). The payment that I made on the service call should therefore be refunded.

You dictate not to fix it and to bring additional company to declare the same result same gas problem and you didn't go with them for the repair. Not shire what we did wrong but you can contact me 416-671-6560 Tomorrow and I believe that we will find a solution that will fit our bough.

    Excellent and Honest Customer Service and Technician

    We had issue with our fridge door and Technician informed us about the issue which will cost as much as a new Fridge. Admire the honesty and professionalism. We do recommend this company to everyone.

    Poor expectation setting

    The job was 5 days late (from an in person estimate when a part would arrive), requiring numerous calls on my bahalf to schedule a return visit. I wasn't informed on when to expect the repair to happen. Poor expectation setting.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Mayor was the name of the repair tech. He went over and above what he needed to do. Explained every step of the way and did an excellent job. He was very kind and honest with explaining to me what the situation was with my dishwasher. Thank u Mayor u r excellent

    Stove Repair service call.

    Both technicians were very kind and cordial and acted in a very professional manner. They explained what they were doing and the associated costs involved. I am very happy with their service. Thank you

    Oven repair

    Our oven died on Dec 23. They came on the 24th and we needed 2 parts. They were avle to get the parts and install them on Dec 29. They saved us as we have a new years eve party with 40 people! Thank you so much!

    Washing machine fixing

    This is by far the best service i have received. I received a call when the technician was on his way. Got to the place on time, was very polite and did a super clean job. I will definitely call back for any future needs. Please wish the technician and bog Thank you from me.
