Called ahead, explained what was broken. Had to replace pump which was my fault. Great job!

I booked an appointment, and the service worker came a full day early. then the next day he came at the arranged time. I believe he quoted us $227.00 15 minutes later he was done and it was $327.00. I asked for receipt he said he would email it to me. I never received the receipt. I have emailed the company but no response. Dryer has stop making the loud noise but he said the part cost $60 so labor seemed excessive.

We were very happy with Maor's work. He completed the work in a timely manner. His diagnosis of the problem was correct and the stove is now working. We are now looking forward to a very happy Christmas dinner. Sincerely, Judy and John Lade

I found this company by chance as I was surfing the net. Our 30 year old freezer stopped working a few days ago and before buying a new one, I thought we should look into repair. Normally it takes a while for a call back and then more time to come out. To my surprise, I was told that a service man would be out within a couple of hours. Even with a snowstorm, the serviceman did come out and diagnosed the issue as a faulty starter. He said if it was the compressor, that would be very expensive and not worth it. A new starter was installed and we are back in business.

Mayor was very professional and worked efficiently. He knew the problem right away, gave options on what to do next. I would recommend him to others.
