After they work they told me the price and for 40 minute they charge me $307. Very expensive for 40 mins job without any part changes. They charge my credit card 3% more than what we agree on after the left and only discovered the additional charges when I received my statement. They never send me the invoice even after repeated request. I am not happy with their service.

I wish I would have read more cautious review before booking them to fix my Miele Freezer. Not only did they quote me $450 for what was actually a $40 part (later verified with Miele), the technician became gruff when I didn't authorize the work because the prices seemed suspiciously high. Furthermore, when the technician arrived at my home, he seemed annoyed when we politely asked him to wear a face mask.

Fixed a dishwasher block. Called on a Friday night. Were here at lunchtime Saturday. Nice guys. Quick resolution to the problem. Would hire again. 10 out of 10 from me.

LG Fridge not defrosting and showing Er Dh code. Valdimir diagnosed and explained the problem (sensor/thermostat), ordered part and returned two days later to install. Work area left in good order and fridge working fine.

Very good firm .. honestly and good service! The technician bring the part for i can youse fast my fridge.. and the problem fixed fast like i exempted, tnx alot!

I had a problem with my fridge, guy came really fast and found the problem which was Evaporator fan, he came back in few days and its still working so I'm happy

Had an issue with my dryer called to company and later the same day technician came. He was wearing mask and gloves, was able quickly diagnose the problem and the best part of it he had the part in his track. It was fast and professional work, would recommend them to everyone

Vlad assured us that he could fix our dishwasher with new replacement parts, and even gave us a 90 day warranty. But the dishwasher still didn't work after he serviced it. Vlad came back and fiddled around, but still couldn't get it to work. Our only recourse was to call the office to get a refund. We were told several times that Michelle was looking into it and would get back to us, but she never did. Michelle will probably post a response to this review (as she seems to do with many of the negative reviews) suggesting we call her and she'll be happy to work it out. But after numerous attempts to get in contact with Michelle we've learned that won't happen. My fault for not checking HomeStars first. Don't make the same mistake we did.

This company came and fixed my stove. Electronics were done in a very poor way for the repair. The stove caught on fire after 2 days and now I have to fight to get my money back. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they are not professional people to deal with. If my wife was not there this would have possibly burnt my house down.

The drain/intake valve indicator on the Miele dishwasher showed a malfunction. After researching the problem I called Express Repair. Repair including the part cost a total of $588.53, including a 3% 'convinise fee' for a 16% total. It didn't make it through 1 cycle before ALL the signals beeped. 45mins late for the followup appointment, he couldn't repair the problem, then told me it needed a new motherboard, and something else, for a total of just under $1000. Obvious frustration not being able to repair the dishwasher was shown by tools being tossed around. The dishwasher was left with greasy fingerprints; the kitchen with a dirty and wet floor and sink. A certified Miele repair technician has been called. Seeing other reviews confirm smy experience with their service and lack of expertise.
