Saturday morning my son came to my room complaining he heard lots of noise in the ceiling and could not sleep at all. It turns out there was a raccoon with babies. I called Bash and he came on Sunday morning to help. He arrived on time at 11:30am and got to work right away. He saw the opening on the roof where the raccoon may have entered the house. He assessed the situation and thought it might be difficult to retrieve them as the noise was as coming from the room above the garage. Anyway, he went into the attic and later came out with 5 babies. He was persistent and spend the time needed to retrieve them all. Then he used a baby in a cage to try to catch the mother but she wouldnt come out at all. Later we saw the mother and he immediately went up and put up a mesh to cover the opening on the roof. He then put the babies in a box and left them outside for the mother to come fetch them. He left around 3:30pm. We gave them come old clothes to keep the babies warm. Few hours later the mother came and took the babies one by one. We were happy that Bash did an amazing job of removing the babies and solving our problem in an humane manner exactly how we wanted it done. He spent all the time needed to make sure the job was done right. Thank you Bash!

This is our second time using North Star Pest Control, and they again did a fantastic job. Removed the nest, cleaned away the debris, and installed a mesh covering to keep birds from nesting there in the future. NSPC was prompt, quick, and thorough. I hope not to need their services anytime soon, but Im glad theyre just a call away.

Excellent professional friendly service. He rechecked the roof for animals and the outside work that was done in October. As there were no animals he did not charge for the call.

I've had to use this company for both my house and my parents house. They extremely courteous, competent and affordable. In both instances Mr. Bashir explained the situation to me, fixed the immediate rodent problems, and spent time investigating and pinpointing the root cause entries. We have never seen mice afterwards in both cases.

This review is a bit overdue; last spring I had North Star Pest Control help me out with the underside of my carport roof. It had been a popular spot for birds to come and make a nest for a while, and our previous attempts of installing chicken-wire and a decoy owl proved to be unsuccessful, as the birds just chewed through it and made it their home anyways. North Star came in and cleared out the area, and installed metal sheets that have been fitted to the space itself. The communication and service was great, and we've been bird free ever since! Additionally, later in the winter I had a problem with some racoons making a home underneath my backyard deck. I called North Star again but they were busy with other calls and appointments and wouldn't be able to take me for a couple days. But that didn't stop them from helping me out! Over the phone I was given great advice on several ways to both safely remove and deter racoons, which I followed and was able to clear them out myself. Great service!
