We had a long standing squirrel, raccoon and bird problem and called North Star for help in dealing with it. Shakeel was highly professional and answered all questions I had. He booked us in and was extremely timely in helping us out. He did an inspection and installed a one way door for the squirrel and closed off some additional raccoon holes that we hadn't noticed. He also closed off some chimney and vent holes where birds would enter during the summer. He made multiple trips and was always available to answer question. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

We were desperate for a pest control company recently when we had the large snow storm. I called North Star Pest Control they said that unfortunately due to the snow cover they couldnt guarantee anything but still made an effort to come out and do an inspection. They were able to find the gap on the edge of the roof and got started with their eviction method. They returned a week later and repaired the problem while also reinforcing it with a 3 year guarantee. They also made sure to inspect the roof again to ensure they didn't miss anything the first time. I will always remember and recommend North Star Pest Control. They were a lifesaver at a time when no other company would even bother doing an inspection.

I had a raccoon problem. I was referred to this company by my friend and they have done a great job.

Had a raccoon in the garage. Had used North Star a few years ago when some got into the attic. North Star came ASAP, installed a flap in the soffit, and unistalled it a few days later when the critter had left. Have dealt with different individuals at the company and all have been great.

Fast, efficient and pleasant service. They came and fixed my racoon problem two years ago. I asked them to come to ensure that the racoons had not come back. They quoted a very fair fee to do the inspection. Once the inspection was done, they only asked for about half that amount, as they said they had not done anything.

When I had a doubt about a pest presence at my house I called Bashir and he came on the same day and has confirmed nothing to worry it's not any pests. Also his team has checked the roof and finally didn't accept any money as he said he hasn't done anything.These days it's very tough to see these kinds of personalities with this much honesty and professionalism! Simply go with him if you have any issues at your home!

North Star was great. The service guy came on time that he scheduled with us and was fast at getting the job done. I would definitely recommend North Star to anyone.
