    Excellent Work

    Great work and quality service. We had a raccoon problem and they helped with this in a professional and timely manner. My family and I were very impressed as they are willing to go above and beyond in service and we highly recommend North Star Pest Control.

    Honest assessment and quick response

    I spoke to Shakil who provided transparent pricing and then booked a time. His assessment was honest. He could've easily upsold his service, but only recommended mice poison in the attic. It ended being half the price I first assumed. I recommend Shakil.

    Cage on dryer vent

    Was dealing with birds every spring for years. Called and was able to have the work done on the same day, should have done it sooner. Will recommend their service to others.

    Rat problem

    Had rats in my backyard. Called north star and they came out the same day. Haven't seen rats as much they did mention that I would need to wait. However, I have already seen results. I will recommend them to anyone that has a rodent problem

    pest control

    North Star Pest Control was very professional and knowledgeable and met our needs quickly and efficiently. We had a problem with racoons in our chimney. Shakeel took care of the problem as well as fixed the entrance point of the rodents to avoid future issues.

    Ant/Pest control

    Shakeel attended my house on time he educated me on the reasons why I was having ants in my house, as well as ways of controlling it. I was having issues with carpenter ants and he immediately identified the issue and gave me remedy for it. The entire time he remain professional as well as provided me with more information for other problems I have been having around my house. I would recommend him to anyone in need of pest control

    Racoon in attic

    Their service wS prompt and polite. They installed a one way trap door under the soffit & the racoon was gone after 2 days. They returned after to remove the trap door and replace the aluminum panel in my soffit. I would recommend them to anyone with a similiar problem.

    Excellent Service

    Shakhil was very prompt, coming the same day that I called to remove a bird's nest. He was very honest about pricing as well: when he realized the job did not involve a lot of work, he lowered the price to reflect this. We are so grateful that he came to help us out on the weekend as the birds basically kept us prisoners in our own house! Shakhil was very courteous, respectful and we will definitely be calling him back for any other wildlife issues we may have.

    birds in vent

    North Star was prompt to remove the bird's nest on the third floor and cover all additional vents on our property. He answered all of our questions and was very efficient. Very happy with the work that he did! Thanks!
