    Very good service

    Very professional service with human touch. Very polite and explained all they process before starting the work .

    Raccoon Removal

    We had a raccoon hiding in our patio, that delivered babies, called North Star Pest Control and spoke to Shakeel, immediately he was able to arrange removal within the hour. Excellent experience working with this company. The guy showed up as scheduled, was very professional he knew exactly what to do, he also advised certain precautions to take. I highly recommend North Star Pest Control.

    Successful raccoon family removal

    I had a problem with a family of raccoons in a hard-to-access part of the attic. North Star came to the house, spent some time working with me to locate the raccoons and then removed the raccoon babies . A one-way door was installed for the mother to exit and fetch her babies, and the next day the family was gone. Both Besh and Shakeel are professional and very good at explaining what they are doing. They got it all done in one visit !

    Bird Nest Removal

    I contacted North Star Pest Control to get a quote for removal of a birds nest on my roof/eavestrough. Shakil responded promptly and provided a competitive quote. He also answered all of my questions and concerns. Once on site, he inspected the issue as well as other potential areas of concern. Shakil provided options for removal and for further prevention. Since the issue was at the front of the house, we opted to install a bird spike instead of wire fencing which would easily be seen. Thank you for your prompt service and answering all of my questions.

    Removal of birds nest

    Shakeel is very prompt and professional. He knows in and out of his work and I would be proud to refer him to anyone. Excellent guy with great problem solving skill. I will definitely hire him again if needed- no doubts.

    Dryer Vent

    These guys are fast, friendly and informative. I called about hearing birds in my dryer vent. They showed up earlier than our scheduled appointment (after confirming that it's ok to do so with me) and addressed the situation. Shakeel is a pro and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

    Snake hunt

    These guyz are really amazing. I saw a snake in my backyard. They came on time and did inspection. Did not charge anything.

    Wasp Hive Removal

    Hello, I had a bee problem for over a year right in our front porch. I called North Star and the gentleman Shakeel, set a prompt appointment. It turned out to be wasps, he was able to remove the hive and sprayed the area. Professional, knowledgeable, neat and left no mess. Would call him again if needed.
