    Very professional and great service

    Squirrels in the roof

    We were hearing scratching and other sounds in the ceiling between the first and second floor of our house. I called North Star and spoke with Shakeel. He patiently explained what could be happening and scheduled an appointment to come out and inspect the house. On appointment day he called ahead to confirm timing and inspected both roofs on our house and found where squirrels were getting in. He installed a 1-way door and scheduled another appointment for 2 weeks later to remove the door and install a permanent barrier to stop future entries. We haven’t heard any noises since. The whole process was handled very professionally, the price included the follow up and was consistent with what he quoted on the phone, no extra charges. The whole process was painless and fairly quick and Shakeel and his colleague were very helpful in answering any questions we had.

    Bird nest removal from exhaust vent

    Shakeel was great. He got the job done pretty quickly and to my full satisfaction. He got the bird nest out before it turned into a bigger problem, ensured that all the debris was removed and secured the vent to prevent future invasions. I give this company full five stars for the friendly and prompt customer service, knowledge and skill, price and honesty. I will definitely call them if i ever need them and will recommend to others without any hesitation whatsoever.

    Great Pest Control Company

    Great company for your pest control needs. I had multiple bird nest/squirrel issues and they came by promptly to get the work done. They are very knowledgable on animal activities and tendencies and safely did the work to close and repair openings caused by the animals. Fast, courteous and knowledgable service.

    Dryer Vent Clearing

    North Star Pest Control was extremely effective and efficient. They removed the bird that was stuck in the vent and installed a cage to prevent this from happening again. Would recommend this service to anyone!

    Skunk under porch

    Birds nest inspection/removal from kitchen vent

    I highly recommend North Star Pest Control. We called for bird nest removal and Shakil came in the same day. He is very professional, well behaved and has solid knowledge of the job. He was very quick to find out the issues and completed all tasks in less than an hour. We are very happy with the job and will contact him in the future if required.

    Pest control

    Excellent experience working with this company. They showed up on time, immediately identified and rectified the issue. Professional and very easy to work with. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do I know where to go

    Rodent

    I would recommend Shakeel from North Star Pest Control to deal with any sort of pest issues. He came in Dec 2020 for rodent treatment. He responded quickly, came on the same day, and performed all the treatment necessary. The charge was reasonable and the issue was resolved. A warranty is also provided but was (luckily) never used since the treatment was successful. In Mar 2021, he even revisited the site one more time to follow up on the issue. He walked around the house to examine the possible entry point and looked over the roof for any other potential issues. The service he provided is exceptional.
