    Clothes Dryer Vent - Bird Stuck

    We had a poor bird find its way into our dryer vent and unfortunately got stuck. The North Star Pest Control team responded to my call immediately and came over to safely and humanely remove the bird! They then installed am additional cage at the outlet outside the house to ensure that this will not happen again. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. It was prompt, professional, and extremely satisfactory!

    RACOON ISSUES

    We had a racoon get into the attic and delivered babies there. Mr. Bashir and his team came in and safely removed the babies. As always great work and highly recommended.

    Very informative and professional

    The gentleman was very informative and professional. He explained everything and went around the house to ensure he covered any weak spots for mice. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to manage mice.

    Consultation on chipmunk problem

    The gentlemen came and looked over the entire building and roof. Gave me good advice on where I could seal up small openings to discourage chipmunk access. Didn't charge me anything! Very pleasant and reasonable to deal with. Would recommend.

    Bird nest prevention

    They arrived right on time and when I told them that I thought we had birds in our flat roof, the assessed it and determined the best course of action. It was raining but they didn't hesitate to climb to our roof and seal up the area where the birds were nesting. He even went onto the roof to check the other side and closed it up as best they could. Would definitely call again if we get some unwanted guests.

    Bird Nest Removal and Prevention

    I had an amazing experience with North Star Pest Control. They checked out the issue with the bird building the nest in the vent, removed all debris and put a preventive measure outside the vent. They were great in that they followed up a few days later and actually came to check and fixed a follow up issue with the vent at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them to anybody that has any pest related issues.

    Securing the house from animal entry.

    North Star was the first company that discovered a spot through which mice and squirrels were entering my house, which no other company was able to discover previously. Since then for many years they kept my house secure from any animals entering the house. Fast, efficient, polite service and at always a very reasonable cost they are a company I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Bird nest removal

    North star pest was so great. They arrived on time on our agreed day appt day, and removed the nest in our roof in literally minutes and patched it up so perfectly so no birds come back. Highly recommend as they are on time, reliable and most of all good at their job!
