    high quality of work and work ethic at the best price

    Bashir was quick to respond. He was friendly, prompt and very honest in his pricing and work delivered. I would definitely contact him again if any issues arise.

    Squirrel in the chimney

    Very thorough and professional. Quick response - Shakeel came in a few days after I contacted him. He told me my options and didn't push any services. Decision was up to me based on information given. He also noticed a problem with my property which would attract mice or worse, rats. Provided a quick solution and what to look out for. I never would have known to do this without his advice. Highly recommend and if I have any other issues I will definitely call him again. I don't think I will need him in the near future.

    100% satisfied Amazing work!

    Look no further! Hire North Star right away! Don’t waste your time with other companies or quotes, get the job done right the first time. I was referred to Sajjy by a friend, they came to remove some bird nest I had around the house. They were punctual and professional. They even make sure the animals they remove are safe and relocated. Great work, I highly recommend them!

    Mice in the Attic & Garage

    We had a pest issue that we were unsure what we were dealing with inside our attic. I called North Star Pest Control and Shakeel returned my call in a matter of minutes! He gave me a break down of what the cost would be depending on what I was dealing with, but regardless of pricing I was just happy that Shakeel was able to get back to me with an appointment the very next day. Once he arrived he didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. He promptly climbed our roof and inspected it and told me everything looked secured. He began to tell me that I most likely have mice and that he would be able to get rid of them by placing pods all around my attic that will eventually take care of them. After he was done, he was also nice enough to throw in a base to put inside my garage at no extra charge to take care of them getting inside there. If I could give Shakeel more than a 10/10 I would. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and never pressured me into anything. Thank you once again Shakeel! I will definitely be dealing with you again if we ever need it. Highly recommending you to friends and family!!

    Raccoons

    We had an amazing experience with Shakeel. He’s a gentleman and an ultimate professional. He checked our entire roof and let us know that our roof is fine. He provided us with useful information for future diagnosis and reference. He also assured us he’ll come back in case of any issues.     Bird nest removal

    North Star came exactly when promised, they were very polite and professional and did a great job. They removed a nest and installed two vents/vent covers, and inspected my dryer vent as a courtesy for no additional cost. I’m very happy with their service and would happily recommend to anyone else.

    Mice Treatment

    I have started to hear loud noise in the bathroom so, my landlord called the North Star pest control and their response was very quick and Bashir came to my home right away at 8pm and he determined that there were mice in my attic and then he started the treatment and he placed mice poison all over the attic. The mice treatment included 3 months warranty

    Pest control

    This is the second time I had this problem. I was very satisfied with the first time and again with this second incident. They did a great job and harmlessly removed 2 birds from my air duct. They were very patient as the birds initially didn’t come out. They were very friendly as well.

    Bird nest removal

    Highly recommend. I had a bird nest on the side of my house that Shakil removed and set up bird spikes for. He was great with communication and fit me in as quickly as possible. He had even quoted an amount and charged less since it was a simpler job than expected. Will call him again for anything else that arises.
