    Great service

    Great service. Quick and courteous. I would recommend them for any future issues. Definately worth it. I had a dead racoon in the attic which they took care of promptly. Thank you North Star

    Mice begone!

    Before diving in to the review, a big thanks to Shakil from North Star for his amazing service! What can I say, my wife and I found mouse droppings on December 24th. Thanks 2020. We got some traps from a big box store but we saw newer droppings on the 27th. After looking though the reviews here I decided to give North Star a call. Shakil responded promptly and an appointment was booked. Shakil arrived 15 minutes early and calmly explained our options. He proceeded to check both the exterior and interior for access points and mice evidence. He set up bait traps and baited some ductwork. He said to give it a month and the problem should be taken care of. My wife and I both liked his professionalism and demeanour, he really put us at ease with his knowledge and expertise. 100% recommended.

    Racoon removal

    Very professional service in both the work and customer service. Very happy that they are not concerned with how much it will cost me but how to deal with my concerns as soon as possible. Will definitely recommend.

    Raccoon in bay window opening

    A rodent ripped through the insulation under the bay window and created and opening to access the basement ceiling to find a warm spot. My first time dealing with wildlife control, I was provided a quick solution and all questions answered. Now the problem is resolved permanently with great confidence in the service. Tech was very patient and understanding of my needs. I will always use there service in the future if required.

    Mice behind the wall

    We noticed a scratchy sound behind our wall 2 nights in a row. I contacted North Star Pest Control and Shakeel called me back within 5 minutes. He came in the next day and did a full inspection of the whole home. He placed preventive measures all around our home and behind our wall. He was very thorough, punctual, and very professional. I would highly recommend North Star!

    Squirrel Removal

    Fast, efficient, and friendly service! Shakeel was able to come and assess the situation and install removal equipment for the squirrels living under our balcony. We have not noted any more squirrels recently so job well done by North Star Pest Control. Service also includes 3 year warranty so we are reassured that we won’t have to deal with any squirrel related problems in the future. Would 10/10 recommend to family and friends!

    Raccoon Removal

    Shakeel was very professional, reliable and helpful. He found the raccoon entry point and installed the one way door. He was happy to answer any questions we had by text during the following week and came back to make sure the raccoon had left. He installed wire covers over all the roof vents to prevent future animals getting in through the roof and secured all the soffits where the raccoon had entered. Highly recommend!
