    Mice control

    We previously had mice in our house 1.5 years ago and got a pest control service to deal with it. We thought they were gone but they seemed to have returned recently. We called North Star and Shakil was very helpful from the beginning and was able to come by the very next day. He was very thorough and assessed the outside of my house noting possible areas that mice can enter and providing solutions. He was also thorough in planting rat poison around the house and he was not pushy with the level of service we wanted. With mice there is never a 100% guarantee but North Star provided good service to us. Hopefully our mice problem will go away.

    Mice Pest Control

    I called this company to take care of a recent issue with Mice within our walls. Shakeel completed a full review of the house, including a walk through of the exterior identifying the entry points that we would have to repair to prevent rodents from getting inside. He was very thorough and honest with his recommendations and approach. Overall this was a great experience.

    Rodent control

    The gentleman that came to my house was, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and his customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company.

    Pest control

    We had squirrels infest our roof and Shakeel Sajeel came immediately the next morning to help remove them. They haven't returned since which is a problem we've had in the past. Prices were also reasonable, highly recommend them.

    Squirrels

    We had an issue with squirrels entering our side vent. We called Shakeel with North Star and he was happy to answer all of our (many!) questions. He is punctual and came promptly to address our issue by setting up the one way door and closing it off with mesh a couple of weeks later. We asked him to install mesh for a couple of other vents and he gladly assisted. The price was very reasonable and we had peace of mind after discussing options with him and he honestly only recommended us what he felt was necessary. Overall he was very patient and professional. We are very satisfied with his service. Thank you!

    Great service and knowledgeable

    Very knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain what he was doing and finished treating the mouse problem quickly. Would definitely recommend.

    Racoon

    Professional and very detail.Visited two times and conducted inspection two times. Finally, get rid of unwanted guest Mr.Racoon, who lived in enjoyed without paying rent.

    Critter Control. The squirrels have been given their eviction notice!

    Transparent. Prompt. Kind. Professional. Honourable. Informative. Helpful. Efficient. In less than 24 hours, I feel so different about my house. Having this strange noise and creature(s) suddenly and more apparently in your walls is so unsettling and solving this in a humane way, was imperative to me. There was just complete honest conversation with North Star. Their arrival was on time to our appointment (I was slightly late!), quick analysis, swift action and a way for the squirrels to leave safely. And, advice to avoid this again that felt genuine helpful non-pressuring and authentic to me. I really, really appreciated this today.

    Getting pests out of my walls

    Amazing services. Highly knowledgeable and good heartered. Tells the truth about your infest in a kind way. Will do a great job in getting the poison into the area where the pests are and minimal to nothing damage when making the holes. Will patch it up. Highly recommended. Will use again.

    A+ Service

    Clearly had an uninvited guest in the attic. After reading many reviews for different companies I settled on North Star. Shakeel was prompt, very personable, professional and extremely thorough. Gave me some extra advice on prevention and did an A+ job. If ever I had a similar issue they’re my go too. Highly recommended!
