    Birds, squirrel and hornet nest

    I've contacted North Star Pest Control two times, once for birds getting inside vents and a recently for a squirrel that got stuck indoors and a hornet nest outside the house. The birds issue has been completely resolved and I haven't heard birds inside the vents since their visit months ago. The squirrel was captured very professionally and gently, attached photo. The hornet nest was treated on the same visit, clearly required specialized equipment which they had, also attached photo. Would definitely recommend their services for any pest control needs.

    Raccoon proofing

    North Star Pest Control came to raccoon proof my house. They took pictures of the damage on the roof and explained the steps that they were going to take to prevent any further damage from the raccoons. They were very professional and polite. I was very satisfied with the job done and would highly recommend their services.

    Roof inspection

    I wanted my roof to be inspected for possible animal breaches (and critters living in the attic) before having the sidings replaced, and Shakeel was very thorough with the job. He is friendly and kind (offered to fix the covering of my vent free of charge, since he spotted it removed, by the wind or roofers) . I would recommend him whole-heartedly.

    Great Service

    They were punctual and friendly. They removed a bat from our upstairs bedroom with ease and most importantly very quickly. They also came at the time they had promised to come.

    raccoon, mice issues

    We have used North Star twice now - the first time was for a raccoon in our attic and the second time was for mice in the attic. We were impressed with their professionalism and service level. Both times, Shakeel was able to visit within a day. He assessed the situation, recommended a course of action, quoted a reasonable price and did the work. He was also very patient in answering my questions and explaining what he was doing. Overall very happy with the company and would recommend to anyone in need of a pest control company.

    I kept hearing noises above my bed at night. I thought I had mice and called this company. During their initial roof/attic inspection it turns out there were squirrels living in my attic. The technician got the squirrels out and left me a written guarantee. They are efficient and on time. I’ll strongly recommend this company.

    Helped with wasp nest removal

    wasp removal

    Bash helped remove the wasp hive around our roof top. He is really patient and explained every detail, plus gave 6 month warranty.

    Prompt and Professional

    Having noticed a wasp's nest quite high up on our roof, I contacted a couple of pest control companies who wouldn't touch the nest as it was approx 40 feet above the ground. Shakeel from North Star could not be more helpful. He came to assess what was needed within 2 days of my phoning, then returned promptly with the extra manpower needed to complete the job. He was very helpful, polite and very professional. I would not hesitate to ask him back for any other pest control we may need in the future.
