    Squirrels in attic

    I had squirrels in my attic and these guys came and put one way out gate. They came back after few weeks when all squirrels had left and gone to finish the job. Really friendly people and job nicely done.

    Great job with Bat removal

    Found a bat in our living room, North Star came by the next day and searched out house for hours to ensure there was no nesting & significant problem in the home. They came back at night within 40 minutes of our call once we saw the bat again and captured it within minutes. They even sealed up some potential threatening locations around the roof where pests may enter in the future.

    Garter snake safely relocated

    Bash is extremely professional and courteous Patiently inspected the entire area and finally found the snake. It was safely removed. Very prompt service. Would recommend to everyone ! Also offerer some great tips on managing racoons.

    Excellent Service - Raccoon and Wasp Nest Removed

    We had a heard an animal in our attic and suspected that it could be a raccoon. We asked around our network for animal removal services and North Star and Bashir were recommended to us. Bashir was excellent and went above and beyond his duties - fixing part of our fence gate that had come off. The raccoon had ripped off a vent to enter our attic. Bashir installed a one-way window for the raccoon family to leave. Additionally, all the vents and other points of entry were reinforced to ensure they could not get back in. He sent us pictures of the work he had done on the roof and also pointed out potential weaknesses on our roof. He followed up with us a few times over the next few days to ask if we had heard any sounds. He then returned and upon our request went into our attic to check (the access point is located in a hard to reach part of the house). This assured us that the attic was clear of pests. Upon his second visit we had noticed a wasp nest, which he removed and gave us tips to prevent them. Bashir was professional and courteous, following COVID protocols such as wearing a mask when inside and keeping distant while outdoors. I would recommend Bashir and Northstar to my friends and family.

    Rodent Control

    Called North Star Pest Control after calling another company which was completely useless. Shakil was very knowledgeable and respectful. So far so good with getting rid of a mice issue.

    Squirrels removals

    We have squirrels problem in our house roof squirrels make hole, then we call North Star pest control They came and fix that problem nicely.They did really good jobs. There behaved so well.

    Mice treatment

    North Star pest was very professional. Showed up right at the agreed upon time. We had issues with basement but he checked everywhere including our roof, chimney. Answered all the questions we had with great patience. And assured that he will follow up in couple weeks and will visit us if required. I strongly recommend them to all of my friends and family if they ever experience the issue.

    Raccoon proofing

    Pigeon removal
