    Wasp nest removal

    We had a paper wasp nest in my backyard. Dealt with same day, efficient and thorough. Very professional. Would use again.

    Mice in walls

    Shakeel was awesome. He was thorough, hard working and fast. Not sure of the results yet as it’s too soon to tell, but we have a 6 month guarantee Price was extremely reasonable. Would recommend for sure

    Mice behind fireplace

    We have one of the houses in neighborhood with mice problem and always feared we will get too. Last week we spotted some mice on the outside wall of our house where the fireplace exterior is located. There were small cracks and openings through which field mice were entering inside the wall. Also inside the house near the fireplace there was a really disgusting smell so figured it had something to do with the mice activity that were entering through the outside wall openings and nesting in the wall. We desperately started calling pest control and north star came to the rescue. Pash arrived perfectly on time. He is very professional, maintained social distance with mask etc. A very polite and honest person. He explained in detail how he we was going to fix the problem. He covered the outside wall openings with wire mesh and also filled small cracks with caulking. He also placed mouse killer baits as required and secured them in a box. He also took a walk around the house pointing out areas of concern and how to fix them. I will not hesitate to call Northstar again for my future pest control needs.

    Ant and mice treatment

    We had ants in our kitchen and mice in our garage. We called Bashir from North star post control he came same day and solved our problem. Great service!

    Squirrel Be Gone

    The same day I noticed a squirrel had chewed its way into my house, I called North Star and they were able to come the same day, which was a relief when discovering a problem like this. They inspected my whole property, secured the hot spots and installed a one way door. After a few days the squirrel was no where to be seen and North Star sealed the hole with aluminum and wire. I am very happy with the service and work.

    Treatment for Mice in my garage

    I was very impressed with North Star's service. Shortly after posting my enquiry Shakeel contacted me by e-mail. We spoke and discussed the issues I was having. He quoted me what I believed was a fair price for the garage as the other companies I contacted (including another company that has been to my home twice in the last three years), quoted me twice as much. Shakeel quoted me $150 to deal with the Garage which was more than reasonable. I told him I have two levels in the Garage and he told me he would look at it and let me know if I needed to spend any more. When he came and I saw his bait station, it looked like a heavy duty unit compared to the other one left by the other company, that I was also able to purchase at Lowe's... I told him I would prefer to have some more treatment and he charged me $20 to add his treatment to the other Bait station that I had...again, this was more than fair. They also told me what I needed to do to seal the entrance to the Garage so that I don't have this problem again..They were very thorough. I would not hesitate to call Shakeel and his dad again - hopefully I won't have this problem again. Thank you Shakeel and your dad - I really appreciated your patience with me.

    Mouse control

    Needed some mouse control in my attic. Service was on time, courteous, efficient and he gave honest advice. What else can you ask for in a pest guy? I recommend them
