    Kitchen and bathroom fumigation

    We highly recommend North Star Pest Control. Shakil came in a timely manner, explained what he would be doing and did a thorough fumigation of our kitchen and powder room. Also did a light application for the basement kitchen and bathroom at no charge! Haven't seen a cockroach in over a week. Also, backs up his service with a 3 month guarantee.

    not one but two squirrel holes!

    Shakil and the team at North Star came to our home to get rid of squirrels that had gotten into the void space of our top floor. It was urgent because the air exchanger for the AC is located where the squirrels were scratching. We were worried about them damaging wires or worse! Shakil arrived and easily discovered the 2 access points on to which they installed 1 way doors. A few weeks later they returned to replace the doors with permanent wire mesh that will keep the squirrels out. Plus a 3 year guarantee! Fast friendly and professional service!

    Raccoons had invaded my roof

    Amazing service. Posted my request via Homestar and received a call within 10 minutes. Booked appointment for following day. Bash arrived right on time.....assessed the situation quickly and attached the wiring within minutes. Bash called in just over a week.....came back to reassess the situation and assured me the matter was resolved. Bash also committed to a guarantee should the raccoons came back. Would highly recommend

    Wasp Nest Removed

    They responded quickly and offered a great rate. Within a few hours the nest was removed with explanation and guarantee - with friendly, efficient service. I highly recommend them for similar jobs.

    Raccoon proofing gone right

    The most cost effective solution with good communication. They came and did the work post haste. They explained everything to me and showed me what was expected. There was a slight change after the install but they went along and undid their work and then redid it to accommodate. That was well appreciated. Polite, quiet, and clean. They social distanced and cleaned up after themselves.

    Raccoon in attic

    Excellent job setting up a cage to remove the raccoon and patching up the raccoon entry. Definetly recommend quick service and reliable. They were able to process our request within a very short notice.

    Skunk Removal

    We caught a skunk in a live trap late at night without any idea how to let it out. They drove over an hour to let it out of the trap for us. They were very polite and offered unbelievable customer service.

    Mice & voles

    Moved into older home and found it was time to preemptively take care of annual fall mouse issue. Also wanted to take care of ‘vole issue’ around our pool. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and provided advice and reality of the situation. So far five star service, hope the baits do the trick!
