    Bee hive removal

    Two of my nieces and the gardener all got stung by yellow jacket wasp in backyard. There were two hives, one the size of a cantaloupe and other a softball. North Star came same day and sorted out the hives within an hour. Very professional! Highly recommend them.

    Bee problem

    Bees were flying in under my roof. Explained the process and options available after quickly identifying the insect type. Didn’t have an issue climbing up atleast 20ft. Maintained distance appropriately. Will also guarantee the work if problem not fixed in a week or so and return.

    Bird nest and snake

    I called North Star pest control to close entries in roof top where birds were making nests every year. He completed the job very nicely. I saw a snake in my front yard and was sure it was hiding under the concrete stair case of the porch. But, Mr Bhasir search for holes and gaps in that area and couldn't found any and was sure that the snake must have gone. I wish I don't see it again but definitely know that Mr. Bhasir is a call away. Thank you for your quick response Mr. Bhasir.

    Removal of Hornet’s nest and wasp nest

    Shakers did a great job. Removed the hornet’s nest and a paper wasp nest. Very professional. I would highly recommend him.

    Quick, efficient, clean and nice

    Had a minor mouse problem that we did not want to become a bigger issue. Our technician explained everything, was very transparent, and a few days later, we have already seen the impact (no evidence of additional mice). Thank you!

    Bird remover

    Squirrel in attic

    We contacted North Star (Bash) regarding a squirrel that was stuck in our attic. He responded right away and was very professional with his service. He was very thorough in explaining the situation and the result was amazing. Highly recommend them!

    Great, friendly service

    Shakil came out to my home in Newmarket the next day and got right to work on my mouse problem. He wore a mask which I really appreciated because Covid. Really friendly, professional guy.

    Wasp nest removal

    I decided to hire North Star Pest Control after calling several different companies for a quote. Price estimate was competitive but my decision to hire them was largely based on other Homestar reviewer's feedback and I wasn't disappointed. Shakeel was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, polite, flexible and very knowledgeable. After the removal of the wasp nest (which was a very procedure), he took the time to offer some suggestions on how to prevent other wasps nesting in the future and also added some great tips to deal with other insects around the home. I have no regrets hiring this company and would definitely use their services again.
