Amazing People with Amazing Service
Shakeel and his dad came down who are a part of this company to investigate rodents in our attic. They were super kind, friendly, explained everything to us in detail and made the repair for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Pest control - dealing with mice scurrying around near the vents
Sakeel was very helpful in tracking down our mouse problem and solving it. Two months later we heard new scurrying and called him again but because of his guarantee he didn't charge to come back and the problem is fixed! He is also very personable and great at explaining things. Highly recommended.

Squirrels removal from the attic
I am very grateful to North Star for removing the squirrels from my attic. I moved to my current house 5 years ago. Commencing the first night I heard continuous noise and scratches coming from the attic which I initially ignored. However, the noise was so terrible than I could only sleep with the bathroom fan on. I contacted Shakeel who was friendly and very professional. He spent a couple of hours installing the one-way door on the roof and at a later time the wire mesh to cover the area. He did an excellent job and the wire mesh is still on 5 years later. I have called North star team every year to inspect my roof and ensure that any suspicious noises are not generated by animals trying to get in the attic (the squirrels and racoons love this area because of the nearby trees and bushes). I highly appreciated their honest opinion that no additional work was required. Thank you Shakeel and Sajeel for the excellent work!

Raccoon Removal
We have called North Star multiple times for many different pest issues, each time they have successfully fixed our issue. The team is nice and polite and very friendly and their services are well done. We would tell all our friends and family to call North Star if they have any pest issues. Bird removal from a bathroom vent
From the time I called them, they were very professional. The quote was reasonable so I decided to use their service. They arrived as promised. Work done was quick and through, not to mention professional. Most importantly they act on the customer’s best interest. I value this the most. When the work I requested was not necessary, they advised me honestly but in a professional way. I’ll use their service again for sure, and will tell my friends if they need a pest control service!

Raccoon removal.
Very professional and dedicated. Got rid of the raccoons that had torn wholes in my roof. They quickly removed the raccoons from my roof and sealed the wholes that the raccoons had made. They also made sure that any raccoons wouldn’t be a problem in the future by securing the wholes of the roof with metal sheets. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Squirrel nest removal
I had issue with the squirrel nest in the balcony. North Star pest Control came and removed the squirrel nest and put the wire mesh to cover the area. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone out there with pest issues. Great job.
