Racoon Removal
Had a persistent problem with racoons in our attic this past winter. Contacted another pest and animal control company who were unable to resolve the problem. Decided to try North Star Pest Control based on their Homestar reviews. Called Shakeel who promptly came out to look at the problem. Recommended installing a one-way door for the racoon to get out. In addition to that he also reinforced the soffits at other potential entry points for the racoons. This worked like a charm. Once the racoons left via the one-way door the were unable to return because of the reinforcement Shakeel had done. Because of the weather, I did not pressurize Shakeel to remove his one-way door but we were in contact with each other. He came this past weekend to remove the one-way door and cover the area where the door had been installed. He also repaired some of the other soffits which the racoons had damaged. I would have no hesitation recommending North Star Pest Control.

Pest control - dryer vent bird cover
Quick, neat & professionally finished. They even helped me load tires in my car! Thanks Shakeel & Sajeel for a job well done.

Mice problem
After noticing droppings around my garage several times I realized I had a mice problem. I called two different companies before this one but none were able to solve the issue. Because of the delay, the mice had begun to move into the house as well. Finally, I went on HomeStars and decided to call North Star Pest Control after reading their reviews. In just a couple of minutes I booked an appointment with North Star and they came just a few hours later. I almost immediately noticed the lack of droppings and noises. I am so thankful for North Star and the wonderful service given. I would recommend this company to anyone having these sorts of issues.

Raccoon removal from attic
I am happy with the service I received from North Star Pest Control. They were professional and courteous and came to my house quickly to assist with my raccoon problem. They removed a mom raccoon and her babies from my attic. They were patient and always answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Raccoon removal service
Thank you so much Northstar for providing excellent service. I'm glad I call Northstar to remove a raccoon family from my house... raccoon and their babies were removed from my house without any damage and safely. Definitely I will recommend this service to my friends and my family

Pest Control (Racoon)
Wonderful service. The contractor understands the issue at hand and provides prompt and effective service. He came in time and promptly started the setup. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He executed it within t1 he.

Racoon
They did a good job..I hope raccoon or squirrels don’t come back..they give three year warranty ..

Raccoon And baby removal
We had noticed that there were very loud sounds coming from our attic. It pretty much sounded like there was a person in our attic. We also heard something puppies crying in the attic. After searching through the internet and here on Homestars we found North Star Pest Control. They were prompt, courteous, and above all clear in their explanations of what we should expect. They quickly removed the babies and lured the mother out using the babies. We actually saw the mother leave our roof and go to the babies. North Star scared the mother off and sealed off the hole. They gave me a 3 year guarantee. I am beyond satisfied with their work and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Inspection of Roof/Attic for any Animal/Rodent Penetration
After some feedback from a neighbor about some loud noises, clawing and scratching around my 2nd story soffitt /roof areas. There may have been some physical evidence of an animal invasion. Shakeel did a thorough job of inspecting if an animal/or rodent had penetrated into my attic/and or soffits. He thoroughly checked the entire surface of the large roof and along the whole perimeters. Then. he even went beyond what was required and inspected the full interior as well. He explained that there was no evidence what-so-ever of any possible entry. Shakeel has superb knowledge, quick and experienced. . Would I recommend North Star Pest Control?. YES. I would give a GOLD STAR Recommendation to all my friends and relatives without a second thought. Why?. 1) Did a great 'thorough' job, above and beyond. 2) Excellent customer relations 3) Professional 4) Honest and a very economical fair cost.

Wildlife removal
I found the service to be very professional. When i called with concerns they responde promptly and at no time made me feel I was a bother. All questions were adfressed in a courteous and cheerful manner. My experience wad very positive.
