Any problem
Shakeel was honest. He was through. Took his time to explain and search for nest. I had pharaoh ants. He guarantee his work for 3 months. I would highly recommend.

Squirrel removal and cage fixing
Very polite guys and attended on time and very responsible in the work they do and reachable at any time even if there is any issues there after and very excellent customer service Highly satisfied with the work they did All the best guys !!!

Raccoon in Roof Soffit
I contacted North Star and Shakeel after getting a very high cost quote from another service. I explained to Shakeel that I previously had a raccoon in our attic 3 years ago and a no-name company installed a one way exit door. This worked for 3 years, but a raccoon found its way back in my attic. Shakeel came the next day and got on the rook to examine the issue. He suggested replacing the original exit door as it appears the raccoon was able to manipulate it. He also covered up a couple of other vulnerable entry points with screening. He spent a good 90 minutes and barely charged us anything (actually 5 times less than the other quote I received...and he did more !!). I gave him and his dad a big $50 tip because he deserved more. Never met a more honest guy who only wanted to be paid a small amount for his time. I cant' recommend these guys enough. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Installation of an escape door for an animal in the ceiling.

Animal Removal
Shakeel and his Dad performed the removal os the animal with caring and dedication to us as clients and to the animal too. They provide above and beyond service, exceeding our expectations.

Raccoon removal istallation of 1 way door and a fence
The service was professional and they are very knowledgeable. They installed the one way door and a fence at reasonable price. I would reccommend their service to others and use their service again if required!

Added Vent Covers
We are very happy with their work and professionalism. They were able to come out and install 3 vent cages the day after we had called them. Their pricing is competitive and fair for the work performed. They also provided a 3yr guarantee, which offers a piece of mind.

Bird removal
Bird was stuck in our kitchen. I called these guys and they did amazing job. Cost friendly and i highly recomend this company.

Racoon removal
I have heard noises in my attic and called several companies they charged me a lot and the problem was still not solved. My friend reccomended North Star Pest Control and they arrived within no time and resolved the problem with a unbeatable price. They harmlessly removed the racoons from my attic and I have not heard a noise since.
