Bird nest in vent
Had a nest of Starlings there were living in my washroom vent. Concerned about airborne diseases and the really bad odour it was leaving we decided to call up North Star. Shakeel was very thorough and even inspected the vent from the inside after disposing the nest. Before placing the mesh wiring, he confirmed that it was cleaned out and no birds left. Highly highly recommend these guys for their promptness and just overall great service.

They know their job
Bashir responded immediately to my inquiry regarding cockroaches problem in our office (on a holiday weekend). Provided the treatment and advice us how we can avoid these sort of problems in future. Also, inspected our entire office floor to diagnose if the problem exists other than the area we mentioned. Very reassuring to our staff that we were dealing with professionals who know their job. Highly recommended for any kind of job.

Service
Birds had built a nest inside the wall above my kitchen fan. Virtually hundreds of ticks had entered the kitchen on the counter and walls. It was a disgusting scene. Father and son team responded on the same day they were called, later at night. They knew what they were doing and within an hour removed the host from the vent and fumigated the kitchen and barricaded the entrance into the vent. They provided professional advise and answered our questions in a reassuring manner. This was a very frustrating experience but this father and son team helped us overcome the frustration and get our kitchen back! Not flashy but professional. Adam and family.

Squirrel removal
We had an animal running around in our attic but we're not able to identify what it was or where they entered even after looking on the roof. Shakeel came and they noticed a small hole where squirrels could enter the house, they found the hole very quickly, likely due to their experience. Shakeel and his son have a combined 40 years of animal removal experience! They constructed the one way door to custom fit the trouble area and they did a very good installation job. Very clean, neat and professional. They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with and provided some good educational tips as well regarding animal removal and prevention. I hope I do not need their services again, but I would definitely refer them to any of my friends/family with pest issues. -Derek

Rat Treatment
They did the treatment for us and it has worked perfectly . They came in a very timely manner and took care of the rat problem at home . I would surely recommend them.

Raccoon removal
Shakeel and Sajeel are very experienced with pest control, they did great job removed the raccoon on my roof , they came several times to Install the gate , put mesh then removed the gate and repaired the hole .... Thank you very much and I would like 100%recommend .

Excellent work
Quick responses and excellent work! We are very please with North Star Pest Control’s services. Would recommend to friends in the future. Good experience with setting up exit doors for squirrels and raccoons.

Raccoon removal
Extremely happy with the work ! I would describe them as honest and trustworthy. Shakeel and his father helped me remove a reccoon family. It took them only 5 min to take out the babies from the attic and put them in the yard. Mum raccoon immidietely started relocating the babies one by one. Shakeel did a thorough inspection for the house and seal off the whole on the garage door. I will defintely recommend North Star to everybody I know who needs their raccoons removed. Courtney
