Fixing Raccoon problem in the backyard
Raccoons made the space under our backyard solarium their home. Mr. Bashir helped fix the issue by making a one-way pass way for the raccoons to leave on their own but never able to come back. He was so responsive and constantly checking with us on the progress. We are completely satisfied with the service provided.

Birds Control (Chimney Top Covering)
We are very happy with the level of service received from North Star Pest Control.Bashir had been extremely helpful in dealing with the birds control problem by covering the chimney top opening.He is knowledgeable & very polite.His customer service was excellent.I would highly recommend North Star to all my nears & dears.

Squirrel in eavestrough
We noticed a squirrel starting to build a nest in our evestrough and we contacted North Star Pest Control after seeing all the good reviews they received. They responsed very quickly and was able to complete the job the very next day and provided a 3 year guarantee on the area they worked on. They inspected our house and identified problem areas to us. They removed the nest and installed wire mesh over the gutter with the squirrel nest and also covered a vent. We are very satisfied with their service and will definitely recommend them.

Squirrel nest in eavestrough
I had an issue with a squirrel that built a nest in the overlapping part of my gutter. I contacted this company that night and they showed up the very next day to remove the nest. They built a mesh to block off that section so the squirrel cannot return. They also inspected the rest of the house and found another potential area where squirrels or birds may enter. Service was done by the powder room vent area as well. Fantastic, quick work. Very satisfied for the diligent work that was done. Will definitely recommend Sajeel from North Star if there is a pest problem. Thank you, Sajeel.

Re-install Raccoon Mesh on Roof
I had my roof re-shingled last year and the roofers did not properly re-attach the anti-raccoon mesh on the roof. I called North Star and spoke with Shakeel. Communication was excellent. Job was scheduled for a few days later. Shakeel showed up on time and did an excellent job. Shakeel was a very pleasant person to deal with. There is no question who I will be using for any future pest control issues. I highly recommend North Star.

Mice treatment
Had a mice in the house, they arrived promptly after the call and provided us with the possible cause of them entering and the possible places where it could of entered from and the solution..they put there treatment at the main focal points and assured us that the situation will be contained promptly..and said they will follow up to ensure that the situation was resolved.

Squirrel removal
We were having an issue with squirrels in our attic and North Star pest control was referred to us by a family member. Shakeel helped to install a one way door quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with his service!
