    Pest Inspection - Raccoon

    Shakeel, came out and did an inspection of our roof as we had heard a raccoon up there numerous times. Shakeel was able to provide reassurance that work had been carried out on the house by the previous owner and that all points of entry had been secured. Shakeel was very professional from beginning to end, he took time to explain why he thought the raccoon was visiting, he continued to check the rest of the property to ensure that we had no other raccoon issues. Shakeel was very accommodating and worked to find a time that worked for us both over the long weekend.

    Mice in the house

    We are very happy with the service Shakiel provided. He scheduled a Sunday visit, which was the most convenient day for us. He even arrived early and called us to let us know he was on his way. His explanation of the problem and solution were to the point, with no exaggeration. He pointed out areas of concern which made it easy for us to address in an effort to reduce the likelihood further problems. His solution took a few days before showing results, but we have not had a mouse in the basement for over a week now. The only thing I didn't get from him was the proper spelling of his name.. I hope I have it correct. Thanks, Shakiel.

    Rat Removal

    We recently moved into a house and thought we would throw a Thanksgiving party in our newly furnished house. We were getting the house ready when we began hearing sounds from the laundry room. When we realized the sounds were reoccuring, we called North Star Pest Control, a company we’ve called before at our previous house. Despite it being a long weekend, the company immediately gave us an estimated price and shortly after, came to give as an actual solution. The sounds have now stopped and I am now comfortable with having my Thanksgiving party at my house. Thank you North Star!

    Highly professional, excellent service! A Thorough job performed and results were recognized almost immediately! Demonstrated great knowledge in resolving the problem. I Highly recommend this company and would use their services again if needed.

    Skunk Removal

    My brother-in-law referred us to North Star Pest Control and we dealt directly with Shakeel. We currently have a skunk under our porch and in contacting North Star Pest Control they were able to accommodate us very quickly which we appreciated. They not only came and addressed the issue but took the time to explain what they were doing and why and informed us of the steps we should take once the skunk has left. I would highly recommend North Star Pest Control as they do go above and beyond to get the work done and answer absolutely any questions you do have about your current issue. And I had a lot of questions! haha

    Great people, great work

    Shakeel was fantastic from first phone call on. Came on time, offered his opinion on how to deal with the problem, even dropped his quoted amount when he realized the problem was not as severe as we thought. Honest, pleasant, great guy.

    Dead animal removal

    Shakeel was prompt and professional. He came at the time he said he was coming and the removal was efficient and quick. The spot was disinfected and sprayed. I would recommend Northstar Pest control .

    Pest control

    Shakers did a excellent job at killing the wasp that were at the side of my house. He explained clearly the process of killing theses wasp. I called him and he was at my home the next day. Thanks Shakeel for your honest work and responding that quick.

    Protecting against mice infestation

    We are most impressed by the quick response and the very professional and friendly service provided. Shakeel confirmed the appointment within minutes of us contacting the company, called again to apologize that he would be delayed by 30 minutes because of being delayed at another site. He showed up, thoroughly inspected and treated all potential areas of mice infestation. He also provided som helpful tips on dealing with racoons that have been paying us the odd visit some nights! Thank you, Shakeel!
