    Racoon problem in attic

    I can't thank Shaquille enough for his help in taking care of a racoon problem in the attic of my elderly parents home. He was so prompt, courteous and friendly with them. Did a great job of humanly getting a raccoon family to leave on their own. I highly recommend his services.

    Excellent!

    Saw a small mouse outside our house and was really concerned that there may be more and they could possibly make their way into our house. Found North Star Pest Control on Homestars and decided to give them a call based on the amazing reviews I read. I was not disappointed! Shakeel came out promptly and quickly remedied the problem. He also inspected both inside and outside my house and pointed out problem areas where mice may enter and advised how to remedy these. He was professional and friendly and his services were reasonably priced. I highly recommend North Star Pest Control!

    mice and rat problem east york

    What an excellent experience for our home and business. Shaquille was beyond professional and effective in delivering fast and efficient service. He was knowledgeable and also educated us on the habits of rodents and other animals that can sneak into homes, and what options we had for treating the problem and removal of animals. In our case it was mice and rats. He also crawled under the deck to inspect and find entry points to our house. I would highly recommend this company especially to my clients.

    Wasps/Hornets at Front Door

    We had a wasp/hornets nest right at our front door. My husband was stung. Northstar Pest Control (Shakeel) arrived promptly the same day within a few hours and got rid of the problem. Shakeel was very kind, polite, knowledgeable and a short time later problem gone. I couldn't be happier and more relieved that this has been dealt with. Many Thanks

    Pest removal

    I have used this company 3 times now, each time I call they make it to my place within a day or less. The last time I called them my tenants thought there was a racoon under the porch, when they arrived they advised that there was no animal to be removed. I thanked them and asked how much I would owe and he told me he couldn't charge me for just swinging by my house without having to remove an animal. (I had to add in an approximate cost to this review so I included $350 which I paid when they removed squirrels) I honestly couldn't recommend them more. They get back to you right away, they are friendly and professional. I will only ever use these folks for my pest control!

    Pest control

    We had them three times to get rid of flies, wasp, bugs, the work were well done. Very fast service and work guaranteed.

    Carpenter bees

    Shaquille correctly identified the problem, provided education about it, and provided a treatment that was effective. He answered his phone, came the same day, was respectful, polite, and reviewed costs on the phone. I am very happy with his knowledge, skill, and customer service.

    Wild animal control

    I called North Star to build a basement window we’ll grate as a deterrent for raccoons and other small animals that were using it as a latrine. Also had a cage built around my kitchen vent to prevent birds from building a nest there. North StarPest Control, father & son team did an awesome job that exceeded my expectations.     Wildlife inspection

    Shakeel came to inspect my attic and roof after I was hearing weird sounds in the morning and night. He confirmed that our roof was is great shape and no evidence of anything in our attic, so we must have heard some animals walking on the roof. He was knowledgeable and HONEST. I would not hesitate to call North Star again. They were very professional and price was more than fair.
