Pest removal
Came over and diagnosed the problem when another company said the loud noise was a rat. Showed me the vents on the roof that were chewed (all 8). Ended up being red squirrels that nested. Installed 8 metal covers and one one-way door... Red squirrels couldn't get back in. Nice and fair on price... Highly recommend.

Animal debris removal from vent duct
Shakeel and his partner were punctual, friendly, thorough and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Shakeel from scheduling, phone consultation and the day of the appointment. He was patient, willing to explain the work required in details and answer my questions. I am impressed with the worksmanship, as well as his demeanour And approachability throughout the interaction.

Pest control
I called North Star Pest Control this evening frantic because I saw a mouse. They agreed to come right away. They searched for the mouse, set up bay stations, and explained and advised me about what I needed to know. They were so pleasant, thoughtful and helpful. We’ve arranged to have them come in to complete the process

Squirrel and bird removal.
Shaker did a great job, I would definatly record him to anyone who is having any pest issues. He was quick with installing the one way doors. Very satisfied!

Bird Removal
Called them again after a year for different issue. Shakeel was very helpful again and he patiently explained everything and took his time doing a thorough investigation of my house vents. He sealed all the exposed areas. He was prompt and friendly and also stands by his work with a solid guarante. Definitely recommend

Mice Remover

Wasp Nest Removal - smooth and easy
Needed a wasp nest removed, stuck in the top eaves above the garage, 2nd floor. Saw good reviews on the site for North Star so thought I'd give them a call. Shakil was courteous on the phone, and flexible as to a time that would suit my needs, when I could be at home. He was upfront with the expected costs (up to 12' or over 12'), so no one was surprised when he arrived. He showed up +/- 5 minutes of the scheduled time, was efficient, and gave me some ideas to avoid another nest anytime soon ... with a 6 month guarantee. Smooth and easy. Thank you.
