Remove wayward bat from our house.
Uninvited bat showed up at our house a week before Christmas. Most other companies did not even reply but Shakeel from North Star was willing to show up 11pm on a Friday night!. We got the bat cornered in a room and North Star gave us a one hour window for when to expect them on Saturday morning. They were punctual and so so professional in safely catching the critter and making sure to figure out how it may have got in. Have dealt with pest removal companies in the past and this was an experience that was so much better than anything in the past. They were super reasonable in their rates which they had e-mailed earlier and no effort to up-sell or tack on other charges. Cannot say enough good things about how good these guys were.

Pest control- mice problem
These guys are truly amazing! I was desperate after a close encounter with a mouse and they were here in less than 24 hours! Dad and son tandem, they were thorough yet efficient. Thank you Shakeer and dad!

Pest control
Shakeel responded very quickly to my initial phone call and worked around my schedule without issue even in the face of inclement weather. He is a very nice young man who seems to know his trade and was nothing but polite and friendly. I will call again if I have any future issues.

Pest control
Shaquil was available the next day of calling him. He inspected the roof and was able to find openings. He was friendly, reliable and was able to solve our squirrel problem promptly. Would call again for any pest problem.

Squirrel removal
Removal of squirrel service was provided very. Professionally. Workers were very polite, and work work was done very efficiently. Now we are looking forward for the.m to come back in 3 days to finish it.
