Pest control
North star pest control was a life saver. They went above and beyond to assist us in removing an unwanted pest in our home. I highly recommend their services. Their commitment to superior customer service dedication and compassion was a 10 plus. Thank You North Star.

Bird removal
There was a bird which came through the exhaust in our kitchen hood. It got trapped in the fan. North Star Pest Control came within an hour. So we were able to save the bird and release it. They then cleared the entire nest and put a grill on top so that the birds would no longer be able to make a nest. Very good work.

Squirrel problem in the attic. Mr Bashir was able to identify the problem and came up with a workable solution which resolved the issue.
Great professional and timely service! Mr Bashir helped in solving the problem of squirrels living in attic with his professional experience and expertise.

Pest Control- Squirrels
My wife began hearing scratching and running noises in our walls and ceiling on the second floor of our home. I originally did not think much of it but thought it would be good to have a professional come in and inspect the house to see if we had any animals taking up residence in our attic and walls. We searched for companies and thought that since North Star is local and have some glowing and honest reviews they were the people for the job. They came in the time they were scheduled for and were extremely professional, courteous and above all knowledgeable about their field of work. I spoke with Shakeel who paid attention to detail in his explanation of what we need to expect from their services. He even gave us a 3 year guarantee. It has been 2 weeks and we are squirrel free. I would highly recommend North Star Pest Control to all my friends and family

Pest control
I dealt with North Star Pest Control after going through a few other pest control companies. They were the only ones that said they could come by right away. This made me especially happy since the problem I was dealing with kept my kids up at night with its constant moving and running throughout the night. We had them come by and found that it was a raccoon nesting up in our attic with its family. Pretty much the next day we stopped hearing the noises and now my kids are able to sleep peacefully at night. Shakeel did however mention that he would give us about two weeks before he removed his one way door. North Star Pest Control has shown itself to be a very professional and rather empathetic company that actually deals with their customers problem as if it were their own which is very rare to see.

Rat removal
The job was very well done. The rat poison was distributed well around the house and it did a good job of getting rid of the rats.

Pest control, 29/10/2017
I had to remind the pest control guy about his last spot, other than that they have completed the work as per their recommendations. Hopefully in the next few days I won't hear any scratching in my attic and all the mice would be gone.

Mice removal
Worked with North Star pest control few times in the past. Always loved their response time and honesty. Had few squirrel and wasp issues and this time it was mice. They all handled professionally. They are nice people to work with so I always think of them when I have pest issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has pest control problems. Thanks. Calvin
