Possum removal
Positive experience. After attempting to remove the possum myself for an hour, I was totally unsuccessful and ended up getting it pissed off. I called North Star and they were on time as well as thorough. They fully inspected the remaining space for additional possums and found the entry point.

Mice Elimination
Recently, we began to see dropping of mice in our garage and even worse in our pantry. We attempted to solve the issue on our own by purchasing bait stations at our local Wal-Mart. After weeks of unsuccessful attempts at ridding ourselves of the mice we finally called a few pest control companies. North Star Pest Control showed he most professionalism, knowledge and were simply a pleasure to speak to. They answered all our questions and stated they would return anytime we had an issue. It has been three plus weeks and we are happily mice free. We have already recommended North Star to all our friends and family Thank you North Star Pest Control

Pest Removal
We discovered the raccoon in our basement in East York around midnight and they reached our place from Brampton very quickly (around 40 minutes) and had the raccoon out in under 10 minutes. Very happy with their quick arrival and fast removal.

Bird removal
I called and booked for bird removal. Sajeel and his father came the next day ready to work and help me with my problem. They are so polite, very professional and honest people. They informed me on the problem with the birds nest and what they will be doing to make sure this never happens again. They removed the birds nest and patched the hole. They also looked from the inside of the house and made sure everything was clear and no bird dropping happen. It was a pleasure working with them such wonderful people. I strongly recommend them for any pest control service. Thank you so much !! Xo

Insect (wasp) extermination
I called and was able to reach Basheer right away. He offered to come across the city of Toronto from Scarborough to Oakville that very same day - but I was happy for him to simply come the next morning. He dealt with our wasp problem in under 20 minutes and they have not come back. Service is guaranteed. Basheer and his son were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Squirrel Remover

remove a live skunk from our residential car garage on Saturday September 30 in Maple, Ontario
Upon discovering a live skunk in our garage I was quite frantic to have the animal removed from our premises and concerned that the skunk would release its toxin and after calling numerous Animal/Humane societies in our community and been given numerous reasons why they could not come to our location, we were able to locate North Star via google and they agreed to assist us with our dilemma and they advised that they would arrive at our premises at 937am on the morning of and not only did they arrive on such short notice, they arrived at exactly 937am!!! I was so impressed and on top of that it was a father and son business and they knew exactly what to do and they were very calming for me admist my frantic nature that morning...they were able to remove the animal from our premises but unfortunately were not able to collect the animal as it escaped but I was just so relieved to have the animal removed and so grateful that this father/son duo was able to assist me on such short notice and they were very professional and pleasure to work with...I would highly recommend them to anyone...thank you again to you both for your assistance.
