Wasp nest removal.
Large wasp nest in our front yard. Called North Star, they responded, provided a reasonable time estimate, were on time and removed the nest.

Wasp infestation!
The gentleman arrived and proceeded to do a quick assessment of my problem. They said this is a fairly straight forward issue and thankfully, nothing had to be taken apart. I appreciated the advice I received regarding possible entry points in the bedrooms and I was impressed with how quickly the treatment started to work - it's now been 24 hours and there are barely any wasps around. I am thankful that a second treatment is included, however, in case they come back in the next couple of weeks. One of the things that impressed me the most was how quickly they responded. I requested a call and information on Sunday night and received a call within a couple of hours. It's not often that companies will respond after hours or on a weekend. Less than 48 hours later they had arrived to take care of my problem. Their rate was also a fraction of what other companies charge, which was a welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend North Star for wasp removal!

Racoon
I called North Star Pest Control the morning after hearing strange noises in my attic. They were very professional and prompt. I spoke to Sajjeel over the phone who was very helpful and knowledgeable about pests in general. They came and installed a one way door for the Racoon to exit my attic. After about a couple of weeks Sajjeel and Shakeel came back and removed and temporary door and fixed the hole with a mash to seal the corner. In conclusion I am very pleased with the service provided; North Star Pest Control is very professional, effective, honest and knowledgeable I already have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. Thanks again North Star Pest Control you guys are Great.

Pest Control
Heard scratching in the attic at night. I'm glad I called North Star Pest Control. They came, checked my roof and attic. They found evidence of either squirrels or raccoons living in the attic. They installed a one way door so whatever animals were living in the attic can go out but cannot come back in. That same night, there was no more scratching in the attic. No noise!!! I highly recommend North Star Pest Control to anyone having pest problems. They even sealed the hole made by woodpeckers on the side of my house. Great job!!!

Wasps
I had an urgent wasp problem as it prevented completion of installation of new eaves troughs. North Star responded quickly and when they arrived the job was done thoroughly and with clear explanations. Shakeel and Sajeel were great to deal with and worked hard to deal with a difficult situation (wasp nests on a high roof). I would highly recommend North Star.

Pest (Raccoon) Removal
North Star's work is excellent and thorough. They arrived on the same day as our call on a weekend day to help us with our Raccoon infiltration problem. Bashir and his son take pride in their work and provide a 3 year guarantee to put your worried at ease. On the day they arrived, they placed a one way door to give the raccoons inside the air vent time to exit. This was left for a week while they placed mesh covers for our air vents that were also exposed. These covers cost extra however the work was thorough and the placement solid. Thank you North Star Pest Control for your hard work.

Wasps in attic
These guys were responsive, polite and did a great job. The showed up exactly when they said they would and did a great job taking care of the wasp problems in my home. They were very clear up front with their pricing and process. I would definitely use them again!
