Wasp removal
Excellent, professional and friendly service. Called in and service completed within a 2 hour window! Other companies could not make it the same day.

Wasp nest removal
They came the same day, did work very fast and professionally, removed the nest and said if wasps come back I can call them.

remove a wasp nest from under the soffit
I emailed a few companies my issue - and North Star replied back with questions (for clarification) and then provided me a range for their quote. Others just quoted a $ without asking any questions. We confirmed a date that was convenient for us. On that day- they called to let us know they were going to be 30 minutes late. When the gentleman came -he got the job done (and went under the soffit) to remove a very large wasp nest - it was all done in less than an hour. Excellent work. We were very impressed and would recommend.

Mice extermination
They came and laid bait traps all over the house including in the attic. Work was finished in under 30 minutes. They were very polite, taking their shoes off at the front door when entering the house. I was very pleased with the work and service.

Wasp nest removal
North Star Pest Control did a great job. From the very beginning it has been a very pleasant experience. I asked for a quote, they responded right away, the price was fair , the turnaround time was in two days from the quote, they were punctual and extremely professional. We are extremely pleased and will recommend them 100%.

Carpenter Bees removal
We found more than 10 dead bees in our exhaust fan everyday, so we called North Star for help. They were punctual and did good work. Shakeel and his partner were really helpful and patience. They did a thorough inspection in the attic and fortunately no activities or nest inside the house. They have sprayed insecticide into the gaps around the front roof top, hopefully this will end the problem. Excellent job.

They were punctual and did good work. Fair priced and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

Wasp nest treatment
The guys from North Star Pest Control were great from start to finish. They came the next day, treated the issue quickly and were honest about the limitations. Price was very fair and i would not hesitate to recommend them! Thanks guys, after just a few days all wasps are gone and we didn't get a single sting!

Removal of three wasps nests
discovered 3 wasp nests at different locations around the house. Called a few places but North Star was the only one that made an effort to come on the same day - showed up within 2 hours!! The person on the phone was very accomodating and the gentleman that came to take care of the nests was very professional and pleasant - they successfully removed all 3 nests quickly, cleaned up and gave me a 6 month warranty in case of returns. I hated having to kill the colony but 3 was just a bit too much. Thanks for showing up so quickly

Pest control
I had rats issue in my backyard called north star, they came and took care of it completely. We are very much satisfied with there service.
