Caught mice
Customer service was very exceptional and did the job same day. We called somebody else but the problem was not solved and then called this company did great job. So I can recommend this company for any pest problem.

wasp nest removal
I called North Star Pest Control to remove a wasp nest in a hard to reach location where the garden hose faucet is located in our backyard. I like that they were upfront about that it is difficult to confirm that the entire wasp nest was eliminated in a space like this, and they offered one free followup spray as well. It's been the second day since the treatment and no sign of the wasps - thanks very much guys! Would highly recommend

Wasp Nest Removal Behind Brick
Guys are friendly and prompt. Good communication as well. Not sure how big the nest is but took no chances as I'm allergic. Since it's not exposed, not sure how to deal with this and the hole in the mortar is tiny. North Star came and did the job. 1 day later no wasps to be seen. Only downside is that I have a bunch of dead wasps behind the brick wall.

Ant removal
Our front porch was being invaded by ants every morning. So we decided to call up North Star Pest Control after reading up on the glowing reviews. They came to our house and treated around the areas where the ants might be coming in and put down treatment around the house. All our questions were answered thoroughly and it was a pleasure to deal with such polite and professional technicians. The six months warranty that they provided also put us at ease. I would definitely recommend them to friends and if ever encounter any more pests (hopefully not), we'll definitely hire them again!

Pest control
5 star customer service. The gentleman were very informative and patient with the many questions I had about preventing bats flying onto my balcony. I will recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks

Wasps/ bee removal
Professionaly dressed, good mannered. Very reasonably priced. Stayed extra time to make sure that all wasps are dead. Sprayed chemicals several times, worked from tall ladder. Definetly recomend.

Wasp nest removal
They are awesome, I called today and in few hours they were removing 3 nest and also gave me some recommendations. Very professional and friendly, definitely I recommend them for this kind of job .

Wasp nest removal
North Star sprayed the wasp's nest that was between the brick and overhang at my front door. Their service was both professional and friendly. They explained exactly what they would do and why. I was impressed by their efficiency and guarantee to return for a free follow-up visit if necessary. I would gladly recommend their service to anyone.

Wasp nests in behind 2 vents on the outside of the house
Such a pleasure working with North Star. They were very professional, very pleasant. They worked fast and explained exactly what they did and how it's effective. They even explained how I can get a follow up if needed, contact information for any further requests. We can start using our backyard again and my wife is happy again thanks to them! Highly recommended. We came home to a swarm outside the vent and we were able to get a hold of North Star right away (based on the feedback here) and they showed up when we were available and took care of the job.

Bed Bug Extermination and Mice Removal
I was reccomended to call North Star Pest Control from a friend and I am so happy I did. They did a very thorough job, the men that came in explained every step and its importance to me, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will hopefully not have to, but if I ever need another job done, I would call them.
