    Service

    I have used Nordic Windows & Doors in the past for all my windows, side, patio and storm doors. Had a problem with one small window. Called the company and all details were taken promptly. James came over today to take care of the problem. I found James, the installer, efficient, friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Very pleased with the service. Thank you James. Will not hesitate to recommend the Company.

    Windows

    The initial sales process was convenient with evening appointments and Eric ( sales agent) was knowledgeable and confident in product. Customer service following signing of contract was lacking and incredibly disappointing! No returned phone calls or email in follow up to scheduling and concerns. The day of the scheduled install the installers called in sick and I was required to take an additional day off work so the install could occur. I would have expected a company of this size and stature would have contingencies in place as to not inconvenience the customer. Installers (Shavkat) arrived on time on the second day, where polite, shared lots of information in relation to each step and I was very pleased with their work and the end result. The windows look beautiful! Payment was easy with options of cash, cheque ore transfer.

    Would highly recommend

    Just finished installation of our windows, door and patio door and I am very happy with the product and service provided by Nordik GTA Windows and Doors. The installers are very polite and on-time. Also the customer service are very attentive to the needs of the customer like me. I would highly recommend them for people who are planning to get their windows and doors replace. You guys are awesome!!! Thank You Glenn De Jesus

    Bay and basement windows

    The windows that we ordered were perfect for our home, the installers were professional, respectful, and they did a very nice clean job. Thank you we are very happy with our purchase.

    Door Installation

    Hands down the best service for doors! Thank you Nordik Windows and Doors and thank you Danilo and crew for flawless installation! Excellent job overall, so happy with my new door!!!

    New Kitchen window

    We had an awning style window installed in our kitchen. The guys were quick and very friendly. The window is beautiful! We couldn’t be happier with the end result!! I highly recommend Nordik

    Windows

    It was time for our windows to be replaced and I had gotten in contact with David who was really knowledgeable and helpful with the process of knowing what to get and what I wanted as a customer. I have to say the windows are absolutely fantastic and made a huge difference in retaining heat, specially in one of our rooms over the garage. It was like night and day with the amount of difference it made. Ive recommended a few neighbors to this company and 2 of them are already going ahead with purchasing products from them. I have to say the gentleman who installed ny windows were professional and detailed with installation. Now our next step is buying a Front door through them. I am really pleased

    Install Patio Door

    We hired Nordik to install a new patio sliding glass door. We were impressed with the rep that came to give us a quote and booked the install. I would have given this co a 5 star rating if it weren't for the last minute cancel of our install the night before due to an installer not being available. It was pushed out a week later. The morning of we were told that the installer did not show up and they were going to try and get another crew to do it. I was very happy to learn that they did and we had the door installed that day. Jennifer, Vince and Chris were very professional. They did a great job and left the site tidy. We were very happy with the end result.

    One window paid in full, 3 months later

    I've used Consumer Choice twice times before. They have replaced my door, and screen door and I figured I had one more job to do that I could afford to do before putting my house for sale. I contacted them in February only to find that Nordik Windows took over Consumer's Choice and the rep I usually dealt with and who was timely had "moved on". Not overly happy about this but I considered it a single red flag and to ignore it. The new rep that came to the house was good and timely and courteous. The quote came in as discussed and I paid in full as I wanted to make sure there were no excuses to delays. Finally in April, I decided to start contacting them to find out where things were and apparently only one call was made to me and a voice message left (which I never got). I contacted the sales rep via email and voice mail. I even called their office and left the person in charge of my install a voice mail without a call back. After three days (of emails to the sales rep) I finally got an email (not even a phone call) that there were "several" calls made to me and I should call the office to schedule the install. I called the home office and finally got the rep responsible for the install who then proceeded to tell me that I can schedule a tentative install date even though I paid in full in February and it's now April. Apparently I've ordered a "special" glass that needs their partner to update the manufacturing timeline. Yup, RED flags galore. Under communicative, under delivering window manufacturer who claims that service is their #1 priority (on their website). I just hope my installers are going to be decent like the previous ones as I'm not going to use Nordik Window or its partner companies (Beverley Hills Windows and Door, Northern Comfort Windows and Doors, Verdun Windows and doors) again. What a shame as I really enjoyed my last two installs and paid the premium for the service. Nordik windows website mantra: No Middleman. No delays. No extra fees. No excuses. At Nordik you're dealing directly with the manufacturer. You get factory-direct pricing and you also receive factory-direct service on your custom-built windows and doors.

    Outstanding product and quality workmanship

    We did our research and felt Nordik had the best product on the market and were competitively priced. Our salesperson (David) was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to design window configurations that maximized the view of the ravine behind us. We ordered 6 large windows, 4 smaller windows and double entry doors. 3 of the large windows were 300-400 pounds each. We were very impressed with the professionalism of our installation crew (Vince, Jennifer, Chris) and the quality of their workmanship. Unlike other stories we'd heard from friends, there was very little noise and no mess, they cleaned up everything, were pleasant to work with and we are so pleased with the quality and style of the windows and installation. We highly recommend the Nordik product and this installation crew.
