    front door and patio door

    I had my front door and Patio door installed by two very skilled efficient installers , Merab and Beka . They were very neat and tidy , they cleaned up all the mess . I,m very happy with my new doors. I will recommend them to anyone.

    Door and Window replacement - delays

    Extremely disappointing - windows are nice but still waiting for the entry door - latest timeline is six months and counting for a standard door from placement of order! Pack your patience if you order from this company.

    Exterior Side Door

    So pleased with the Nordik Windows and Doors service from David. I've been a long service customer, working through replacing all my doors and windows, and I'm exceptionally pleased with the attention and choices offered. David introduced some new products and features that I'm excited to see in my next new replacement door.

    Front door replacement

    Sales associate David was very quick to return my calls and address all my concerns. Liked the fact that he followed up from initial consult to delivery, and was very personable.

    David Greenberg - house lot of windows

    I needed windows and David came to price them. He was approachable and fair in his pricing. The work was well done and he delivered. As did Nordik overall. We juggle the weather and I was in constant contact with your office, or below installers will be followed through and painful. What a difference the windows have made to our home on the peace of mind and quiet, as well as the warmth of our home

    Great customer service and very professional

    Great value for money. Customer service is excellent. Installers are very professional. Jennifer, Mike and Brian installed the windows perfectly. They are very courteous and provided professional advises on the install. I am very satisfied on how the windows are installed. I'm looking forward to their next visit to install the remaining items. The product itself exceeded my expectations. The inside temperature is very noticeable. I'm really happy for my decision. I recommend the product if you really want the most value for your money.

    Impossible to get ahold of

    3 new windows and a front door were purchased in Oct/18, it’s now almost March/19 and only 2 windows have been installed. They cancelled two installation dates and when the workers finally did come on the 3rd date they were unpreparaed to install all three windows and brought the wrong door. It’s been over two weeks now and they haven’t called us back to reschedule or update us, nor are they picking up the phone when we call. The voicemail always seems to be full as well. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.

    Window Replacements

    We had a great experience with Nordik Windows. They were price competitive after we received 4 quotes, but what really set them apart was their customer service. Alicia was professional from the moment she stepped through the door, everything was explained and the price quoted was the price paid. They were upfront with the timeline for installation and the two men who installed our windows were kind, professional and did great work. We are very pleased!

    Windows

    We are very pleased with the installment of the new windows by Nordik. For the past month we have noticed that the furnace heat does not turn on as much as before. The Windows look great both inside and out and are efficient. No more drafts! Thank you to Nordik and crew - Jennifer, Vince and Chris for their time with the removal and installation along with clean up. We appreciate you answering our questions.

    Windows

    We were very happy with the quality of window and the service Jason provided. Jason is quick to respond and we found the prices to be fair. The new window made such a difference to the exterior aesthetic that we ordered two more. Thank you so much!
