    New windows

    Excellent service from beginning to end. Met with Alicia who did our quote and explained in great detail what product we were getting. Customer service was more than we expected right from the the quote to the measurements and the installers. We would recommend Nordik to anyone looking for new windows.

    Window Replacement

    I highly recommend Nordik Windows. I looked a four other companies and Nordik Windows had the best Price, Warranty and Customer Service. Their windows also have the highest energy rating. From the time they arrived and I received the computer generated quote with drawings of my new windows, dimensions and all the specific details required to make an informed decision. Jason Barrett handled the project and everything went very smoothly. The windows were installed on time by two very hard working and dedicated installers. They completed the installation of 6 windows including one Bay window in one day. Jason came on the day of the installation to confirm that everything was going as planned and to see if I had any concerns or issues. We have been living with our new windows for 4 months now and wish I had made the decision sooner to have them upgraded. They have made a huge improvement in eliminating air leaks from the windows, reduced noise from outside and to top it all off they work well and look great.

    8 windows and 1 sliding doors

    Consumer Choice was recommended to me by my co-workers. I called Consumer Choice and Nordic windows came to my home. The sales agent was good and I was excited for my new windows and door. I was promised that my windows and doors would be installed by end of October, early November this is why I signed the contract. In September the sales agent called to inquiring if there are any changes to the work order. He let me know, if there are no changes this will be the final work order as he has put it in and we are still on schedule for end of October, early November. At the beginning of November I called the agent and was told that the scheduling is up to the office not him. Please contact the office. I feel I’ve been getting the run around regards to the insulation of my windows and doors. Seriously how long does it take to make a window and install it. It is December and I am disgusted that I would not get my windows and door for Christmas. I’m thinking now that I should have gone with Brock windows and doors

What I can tell you is that your contract has an estimated time period for when we expect to be able to install your windows. This year, that estimated period has been longer than usual because of the sudden cancellation of the GreenOn program and subsequent imposition of an unrealistic deadline by the new Conservative government. Having said that, these delays have impacted the industry at large and we are working very hard to restore pre-GreenOn timelines.     My basement window install with Nordik

    I recently completed a window project for my basement and Jason suggested I purchase double slider windows with a zone 3 energy rating. Although the standard builder grade windows were cheaper upfront Jason showed me how there was more value in purchasing the 430 series windows in regards to energy saving, the removable sash that would allow escape in case of fire and due to the fact zone 3 windows were GreenOn rebate eligible they would provide the most cost effective net cost. I was installed by Nordik in a timely and professional manner and received my rebate a few weeks after completion of install with minimal out of pocket expense after rebate as promised. This is my 2nd time working with Jason on a project and both times were a great experience. I would recommend Nordik moving forward and ask for Jason.

    Windows

    Alicia was very knowledgable, professional, kind, and helpful. Was an enjoyable process from start to finish! The installers were professional, clean, kind and competent. I highly recommend Nordik windows and doors for your next project!

    Window replacement

    Windows and doors

    I just got my windows and doors replaced by Nordic Windows and doors one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had from any contractor. miki Benjamin Joseph Was the installer, he was punctual, polite and execute a job beyond my expectation I would recommend using Nordic and i would request miki to do your installation.

    Incomplete quote!

    I used Consumer's Choice to replace all 10 of my windows 4 years ago. The install crew did an EXCELLENT job - brick to brick installation and there was practically no damage done to my walls at all (maybe one or two tiny nicks). Because of that job, I decided to use them again. The company was bought out by Nordik. I only need an external back door replaced. The response was prompt, but the rep had trouble using the fancy software and could not give me a final quote including cost of privacy glass. This was on Oct 18. Despite my emailing to follow-up, she still has not sent me a completed quote. It is now Nov 5!! I guess one door is not enough business for this company. :-(

    Great service

    Patio door install went great,clean,efficient, affordable.... We were looking at a ton of company’s but no one was willing to help,because it was such a small job at such a busy time. Nordik stepped up to the plate and helped us out before the winter.... THANK YOU NORDIK!!

    Sliding Patio Door Purchase and Installation.

    Slight problem with a screen installation on new patio door. Have been contacted by company and fast tracked for a service call to deal with this issue promptly. Apart from this, the door is beautiful and the price, installation, and service, is fantastic. Looking forward to enjoying this beautiful door for many more years.
