What I can tell you is that your contract has an estimated time period for when we expect to be able to install your windows. This year, that estimated period has been longer than usual because of the sudden cancellation of the GreenOn program and subsequent imposition of an unrealistic deadline by the new Conservative government. Having said that, these delays have impacted the industry at large and we are working very hard to restore pre-GreenOn timelines. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you need a more exact update - I cannot provide one without your order number.
