    Great technician, great service, didn't even wake baby

    The technician was on time, very friendly and very helpful. He gave us advice on how to prevent this issue in the future. Our baby was napping right next to where he was working, and he worked so quietly that our baby napped longer than usual. Highly recommend.

    Great Job with our Microwave

    The technician came onsite, diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it without having to face an immediate replacement of our microwave. Friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. Who can ask for more!

    Samsung dryer repair

    Very professional. Our3 year old Samsung Dryer was making screeching sound for about 3 weeks and finally stopped working. He actually came the same day in the evening in a weekend to fix the problem. From his experience he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone and when we opened the dryer he was correct. He exchanged the broken part with newer, better designed part. The room for the dryer was very tight and he still managed to work around it. He also cleaned the whole dryer very thoroughly while the dryer was opened up and showed us how to keep the outside dryer vent cleared of lint. The cost was very reasonable. Definitely we will use his service again in the future.

    Dishwasher installation

    This is the second time we’ve used Arni Services. The first time our dryer was cleaned and a part replaced, and the work was done excellently. This time we bought a new dishwasher and needed a part for installation. To sum up Arni Services, they are professional, reliable and provide excellent service. It’s reassuring to know the work was done right.

    Wash machine repair

    Excellent and prompt service for a washing machine that would not drain. Technician was polite and thorough in explaining the problem and what he could do about it.

    Dryer repair

    Service was great, very professional and prompt. The dryer wasn't economically repairable so was very pleased to be recommended to just go with a new one. Open and transparent on part costs too. Would definately call ARNI again.

    Washing Machine Repair (Samsung)

    Our 5 year old Samsung washing machine was turning on and off throughout the cycle and not completing any cycles fully. Someone on Facebook recommended Arni repair services and I’m so glad I called! After speaking to at least 3 repair companies who weren’t forthcoming about their prices, Evgeny answered the phone and told me right away his service charge and a date he could come (the next day). He showed up on time and wore a mask, gloves and shoe booties. He diagnosed the problem after testing a cycle and was pretty sure it was the control panel. He looked up the price and told me the labour charge and was very honest and open the whole time. He explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood. He ordered the part and came back two days later to repair. It works so well now!! Don’t call any other repair service if you have an issue. Arni and Evgeny (the owner) is the best ! Before Arni, I had called another company and that technician quoted me twice as much for the exact same thing! Again, don’t hesitate to call Arni repair services :) a happy customer

    Built in fridge repair

    Great experience. Normally hate these dealing. He came immediately as fridge/freezer is the one appliance you can’t do without. He diagnosed the problem ($80) and told me the part to replace. His supplier could not get the part. He called a few more places, unfortunately with covid19, he could not locate the part locally. He showed me the part at a online retailer and I ordered it. When it arrived, he returned the same day to install it. He had showed me the part and how easy it was to install but as the original visit fee was applied to cost of return, I just let the professional do it. Great service, nice guy and honest. Glad to finally have found my guy as I will use him for any other problems.

    Fridge repair

    Exceeded expectations beyond imagination! Evgeng repaired my Bosch built-in fridge and seemed to care more deeply about doing a complete job than even I did as the owner. Provided an high level estimate upfront but disclosed that he couldn’t be confident he could solve it until he spent time disassembling the fridge to confirm the problem. Price was very reasonable (and consistent with the estimate), despite taking longer than expected to service as it was a complicated job to diagnose the issue. Left me his mobile number in case I experienced any issues after he left. When I did unexpectedly, he returned promptly the next day (weekend!) even though it could have waited until Monday, as he wanted to be sure I was happy and was worried I’d be without a functional fridge. Promptly resolved the issue, with a smile. Wow!

    Fridge repair and dishwasher installation

    Evgeny was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to immediately diagnose what was wrong with our fridge and proactively purchased a couple of parts before even arriving at our home. He also quickly installed our new dishwasher. He was very careful to wear a mask and gloves while in our home during the pandemic. I will definitely recommend ARNI to my family and friends!
