    Refrigerator repair

    Our refrigerator was making noise and with the covid 19 pandemic we didn't want the risk of the refrigerator breaking down. Texted Arni repair and was given an appointment that same day. Technician (the owner) came prepared with mask, gloves and shoe covering. Extremely knowledgeable and very transparent of the work that needed to be done. He went above and beyond in fixing the refrigerator. He also gave great advice of don's and don'ts for the maintenance. If you live in the Vaughan area and you need urgent appliance repair, I highly recommend Arni repair. They are honest, offer great services and they will not rob you of your hard earn money. Lord knows we need honest people right now

    Great company!

    I found Arni Appliance Repair off Home Stars and since they had great reviews I decided to call them. Evgeny picked up the phone and when I ask questions on the phone he was very honest and upfront. I was worried with covid-19 happening and social distancing I asked Evgeny if they will be coming with a mask. He reassured me that they’re very diligent and will make sure they protect themselves as well as their clients. Evgeny was able to book me in the next day. He showed up very professional in his full get up. Gloves, mask and his booties so he doesn’t dirty up my house. I really appreciated that. Evgeny was very honest and advise me where the issue was. It turned out he has to service my dryer and take it apart to clean it since it took me 3 cycles to dry my clothes. He was able to fix my dryer and also provide me with advice on my pipes that were leaking due to a lint blockage from the outside vent. He waived the consultation fee and I only had to pay for the service fee for the dryer. My dryer works great now and I think he may have helped with the leaking pipe situation. I’m so grateful that Evgeny was able to come and was very honest, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Arni Appliance Repair again and will also recommend them to my family and friends! I’m very happy with the service.

    prompt and thorough service

    I called on Sunday morning about a malfunctioning fridge. In about 2 hours, the technician was at my door, exactly when he said he'd be. He knew right away that the problem could be 1 of 2 things. He swapped in a part, then waited to see if the compressor functioned properly. It took a long time to wait for on\off cycles and to observe the behaviour, but he insisted on staying until he was 100% sure. In the end, the problem turned out to be the compressor, and he gave an honest opinion to replace the 17-year fridge, AND gave me decent advice on my next purchase. Overall, I'm very impressed with the expertise, promptness, honesty, and thoroughness displayed by this technician. Thank you Evgeny (and apologies for probably butchering the spelling of your name).

    Refrigerator Repair

    Our fridge stopped cooling and we had just stocked up for spending more time at home. We received immediate response from this company and direct contact with Evgeny the same day. He scheduled a visit for first thing the next morning. Evgeny is very knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated to his craft. He was very honest, straightforward and explains what he thinks and is doing. Getting our fridge working became a personal challenge for him and he was very responsive in follow-up. We recommend him (and this company) wholeheartedly.

    Stove problem solved!

    I called ARNI services and got same day service to fix my GE range. Tech came prepped with parts and diagnosed the issue pretty fast. Within an hour my range was fixed. Couldn’t be happier with the service and cost. There was no hassles or surprises. He was totally honest about what could be fixed as I also had a washer that was busted that would likely not be worth fixing. Thanks. Totally recommend.

    Amani Whirlpool Refrigerator Repair

    Our refrigerator was overcooling, running all the time. I called for service on Monday morning and, in the afternoon, Evgeni came and did a thorough assessment and repair. He even replaced the door handles which I had stored away. He followed up with a phone call and made sure everything worked well. Excellent work at a fair price!

    Amazing customer service, so fast and professional!

    I just moved into a new place and of course the washer broke right away. They responded so quickly to my request online and came to diagnose the problem so quickly. They were also so helpful in recommending that I don't even bother fixing the washer, that I should get a new one. Everyone was super helpful and professional, highly recommend.

    Microwave Repair

    My microwave stopped working with no explanation, they sent over a great technician who meticulously went through step by step and found that there were several blown fuses. He was able to fix it and it works great now. He even gave me some tips on repairing the vent to outside. Honest and great service.

    Laundry machine issues

    I called ARNI for my laundry machine issue. Evgeny came to my house. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely someone who knows what he is doing. I am very happy with his service and would definitely use his service in future. Worth every dollar spent. Thanks Evgeny.

    Wonderful

    A Maytag washing machine was broken. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, reliable -- nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Never worked with them before. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.
