    Cleaned out the house

    We had a house which was tenanted, and the tenants left so much junk. As we were 8000 miles away, I needed someone I could trust and could take direction. Rick was very easy to deal with, and did what he promised when he said he would. Could not be happier.

    Very Professional, and Friendly

    Communicating with Rick was easy. He was quick to reply. Kevin and another employee removed my junk. They were quick, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

    Junk Removal

    I very quickly received a call and e-mail from Rick that his company was interested in my request to have junk removed from my home. After discussion related to the amount of junk I was provided with an estimate. The crew Kevin and Jeff arrived on time as promised and were very professional and courteous. They very quickly removed all the requested items and confirmed that the estimate provided was correct. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company.

    Heavy Glass Table Removal

    Last August 2019, I needed to get rid of a heavy all-glass desk/table! So I called up various junk removal services who would not give me an estimate of cost! So then I tried "1 800 Rid Of It" and the employee on the line was super helpful and super kind! She answered all of my questions and even did her best to give me an estimate for the work. She made this whole thing easy and left me with confidence to do it. So I booked a date (August 13) and when Kevin (and buddy) showed up, they too were super friendly and nice! I don't know how they got that huge heavy item out of my place but they did it with grace and charm. They were very delicate and worked slowly and methodically. They managed to get the job done in no time and my headache was gone! Thank you to "1 800 Rid Of It" from the phone line operator to the actual people who come to pick up, everyone was helpful! Great experience overall!

    Garage clean up and disposal

    This company is awesome. We put in the request through HomeStars and Kevin responded within minutes. He came by with Jeff, gave us a quote, set up the date and on the day of the project, he texted letting us know they were on there way. Kevin and Jeff were professional and efficient getting rid of a garage packed full. They helped us move things we wanted to keep and swept it up leaving a spotless area. Thank you so much...we just couldn't believe how good it looked! Highly recommend them!

    Garbage Removal before closing house sale

    We needed to get rid of unwanted furniture, old garden tools and lots of assorted junk, so we hired Rid-Of-It, and we did get rid of everything! The crew was great, called before arrival, gave an accurate quote and took everything away quickly. Very happy that we're not leaving a mess behind for the new owners.

    Garage clean out post-move

    Anjay and Kevin gave us an accurate estimate, did thorough work, communicated well throughout the process, showed up on time, and ended up taking extra boxes that took up a bit more space in the truck. Thanks!
