    Downsizing

    We’re moving to a smaller place and needed get rid of a lot of stuff. James and Kevin arrived exactly when they said they would. I had underestimated how much stuff we had for pick up. They assessed it quickly said they would do a full load and would go and unload and return for the rest. Their service was A++++ They were incredibly fast and courteous. I’ll be recommending Rid of It to others for sure.

    Picking up an old mattress

    I called Rid of It in the morning and they said they could be there in about 20 minutes. Sure enough, they were there in 20 minutes. The crew were quick, clean, professional, and polite. I couldn’t ask for anything else. The disposal fee was very reasonable too.

    Junk removal

    Great experience from start to finish. Quick response to my booking inquiries and super job removing our items. James and Andrew were friendly and efficient. We will definitely use their services in the future.

    Removing a couch

    The guys were very punctual and respectful, and very nice to deal with. They kept me informed as to how long before they would arrive and updated me a couple of times.

    I needed to have a couch removed from my condo on a very tight timeline due to other furniture being delivered and available elevator times. At first it didn't seem like we were going to be able to make it work but Vidya was incredibly accommodating and promised the team would call when they were close by so we wouldn't be inconveniencing the entire building. As promised, Kevin and Anjay gave me a half hour heads up and called when they arrived to ensure they were parked in the right spot. Before even attempting the removal they went back to their truck to get tools to take the legs off. It was a tight squeeze getting the couch out of the condo and the were very careful not to scratch the floors or damage anything. It was absolutely seamless and I can't thank them enough! The only thing I would suggest is that the confirmation emails include a reminder about payment methods. I didn't know that Visa-Debit wasn't an option - thank god my roommate was home!

    Great Service

    Kevin and Anjay did a fabulous job. The two were super fast, careful to not damage the surroundings and conscientious. The back-office and Vidya organised the pickup smoothly and made the whole experience as pleasurable as it could be. Definitely, a company that takes service quality as very important.

    total house clean out.. it will several visits from the company. My husband and I would like Kevin and Andrew to be the ones who work with us on this project.

    My mother in law has gone into a long term facility . She lived in the house for 60 years. You can imagine the clean up we face. We have just started the clean up and Kevin and Andrew's friendly manner and professional manner sure made it a great start. My husband knows there will be several visits from the company to accomplish the massive clean out. We were impressed by Kevin and Andrew's attitude to get the job done... we will be requesting them to come help us get the job done. Thanks to the company for hiring them.

    Trash Pick Up

    From the time I called to get some information to the time Kevin came to give me a quote and loaded my trash this company has been professional. Kevin was polite and he loaded the trash fast. Will definitely use this company again and hopefully get Kevin.

    Excellent service to get rid of old furntiture

    I needed furniture out of my house in a hurry and with short notice got excellent service. James and Andrew were polite, professional and took a lot of care to make sure there was no damage or mess. Highly recommended.

    Fast and quality work

    All work was done very quickly and efficiently. Much faster than I could have imagined. It should also be noted that the guys are very friendly. With all this, the price for services is more than adequate.
