    Great service

    This is the second time we have used this firm and each experience was great. They are punctual, personable, and up to date with the latest tech for payment options.

    Couch Removal

    Paul and Gordon removed my couch from the second floor of a home with extremely narrow hallways. Even so, they finessed the couch through with great skill, and were careful not to mark up the walls or the stairs. They were extremely professional, quick, and really nice guys, even though they were allergic to my cat! Great job guys!!

    Washer removal

    After I ordered a new washer, the delivery company said that they could not remove the old washer without taking it apart, (which they refused to do), I called Rid Of It, and within an hour they were able to removed the old machine without dismantling it. Very professional and friendly.

    Junk removal

    Paul and Rob came right on time, got my massive sofa bed safely and quickly through doors and up stairs without damaging anything, and were friendly and professional the whole time. I'd definitely use them again!

    Paul and Josh - Yard Cleanup

    I had about 15 large bushes and some small trees cut down. Paul and Josh were great at making sure it all fit into one truckload. At first, we thought it would need a truck and a half - but not only did they squeeze it all into one truck, they pulled out a garbage bin and raked up the yard from all the brush. Outrageously great service all with same day service and all done in 40 minutes! Will definitely use again.

    Quote over phone varies from on site quote

    Preferred method of contact by phone and so they called me. I sent photos of what I had and was quoted $349-$449 plus taxes over the phone. Was told final quote would be on site when movers can gauge weight. On site quote including taxes $924.....practically double!! If there is such a discrepancy why even send photos to get a quote. Of course the on site quote is no obligation but I had set aside the time for the job to be done. Office should offer from the beginning a no obligation on site quote that is not part of the actual appointment. And don't bother with the pictures if the two quotes are going to differ so much. There is a tiny scratch on wall when movers moved fridge from basement. By the way, the movers seemed like they've never seen or moved a fridge before because they didn't have the confidence to do it.

However they are just a tool and that is why the crew gives a free no obligation estimate on site before they start working. I understand that you had set aside the time for the pick up and it would be frustrating to then find out the cost is more than expected. Im not sure what else we could have done at that point. All of our crews have experience removing refrigerators and like anything else in life some are better at it then others. Removing refrigerators from a basement is never easy.     House Clean up

    Rick was helpful when I called for information beforehand. Josh and Gordon showed up on time (and called before). They were quick, efficient and friendly. They did a good job loading up a bunch of stuff. I would definitely recommend these guys to others and use them again. They provided the service they said and did a great job.

    Basement junk removal

    Gordon & Josh arrived at my home early. They were friendly and professional throughout their time on the job. Both of them were able to remove a huge amount of clutter from my basement in an efficient manner. These two guys did not stop working until the job was done and kept me posted as to how much space was used in the truck so that I did not over pay. I will call 1-800-rid-of-it for my next job. Gordon & Josh are fantastic!

    King Street Condo Junk Removal

    Rick and his partner met us at the condo. Everything was organized within 24 hours of the first phone call. There was a fridge / stove / couch and a few smaller items. Entire process was painless and the boys showed up right on time. They were very friendly and were super easy to deal with. I will be using them in the future.

    Great for Office, Industrial or Commercial too!

    Garrison & Paul just finished removing a ton of office furniture and clutter from a space that needed to be vacated asap. I was very impressed on how professional they both were through the whole process. They did exactly what they said they would do, and for a much more competitive price than other companies with the word junk in their name. I think many investors or Landlords would be very happy to deal with Rid-of-it in commercial applications, and they obviously have good value in residential uses. They made the whole process go smooth as silk and l would highly recommend these guys for any job, big or small. Much appreciated G & P....Keep up the great work!
