    Removal of indoor and outdoor junk.

    The following items required removal: rotting logs, carpet, rug, wooden pieces with nails, and a large travel trunk. Garrison + Chris arrived on time and I appreciated that. They were friendly but business-like - they were there to get the job done. They removed all items originally requested and allowed me to add another item. The price of removal was very reasonable - in fact better than what I expected. I will hire them again without hesitation and will provide their company name to anyone I know who wants to get rid of junk. I wish all of the companies with whom I've dealt were as professional and accommodating as they are.

    Deck & Reno Debris

    I tore down my deck to discover a generation's worth of reno debris stashed away under it. Wood, stone, brick, dirt and more, they took it all! Garrison and Chris even crawled under the remaining deck to get at some hidden junk. Great service; I'll be calling them again very soon.

    Office Relocation

    Roman Lucas and his assistant arrived when they said they would and very quickly had all the trash and items for disposal left over from the move of the other organization we shared with removed. Very professional. We look forward to using them for our own move in a week.

    Post reno backyard clean up

    I had just completed a big reno and had a backyard full of junk, everything from washer and dryer to construction debris. Roman and Randy from Rid of It were fast, friendly and did a thorough job. Will definitely use them next time

    Hidden costs

    Hired them because of a summer sale. When Lucas and Roman arrived they informed us there would be a weight fee. We agreed to it and after googling I see that many other people were unaware of this hidden fee. I double checked the website and it's not written anywhere. Lucas and Roman did a fine job. However, I feel that the company should advertise these things, at least a notification that a weight fee is a possibility. No one mentioned anything on the phone, and we explained what we were getting rid of. While the service was fine, I doubt I would recommend them because of the hidden fees. It's "sneaky" for a business, and I prefer upfront service.

    Excellent Junk Removal Service

    I booked my junk removal project over the phone with a lady who was so kind and helpful. Lucas and Randy arrived 2 hours later to take out some appliances and concrete blocks after my renovation. They did a great job. Both are very courteous and professional . I would recommend them to anyone who need junk removal .

    Awesome service

    I needed junk removal from my basement and these guys were awesome from first phone call to end of the job! Everything was very clear and straighforward and the pick up guys Randy and Garrison were very professional and efficient! Communication was fantastic! I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

    Quick and Painless junk removal

    When I moved, I found a mountain of renovation junk to previous owners had stashed behind my shed in the backyard. The area was overgrown with think bush. Randy and Lucas were there on time, gave me a reasonable quote, cut down the brush in the way and removed the junk. I was really impressed by how efficient the whole process was. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Getting rid of 30 years of paperbacks and other dust gatherers.

    Roman and Randy were the two guys who emptied out our basement. They were fast and did a terrific job. We also had some construction bricks at the back of the garden. They got rid of that as well. Great job! Many thanks!

    Lots of Junk

    This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I made the appointment over the phone with a friendly representative and went through the list of items I needed removed (some furniture, bricks and debris from a renovation, a wheel barrow etc) I was warned of the possibility of additional weight charges. I was already aware of this charge as it is stated on the website. I received a phone call approximately 20 minutes prior to Lucas and Roman's arrival. They were very courteous and professional. We walked through the four different areas of the house (in and out) where I had items to be picked up. We discussed the pricing and they began the job. They were very fast and efficient. It saved me a days worth of work if I had opted to do it myself. Thanks so much!
