    Dryer repair

    Most recently Peter was in to repair the blower in our gas dryer. As always he was prompt, efficient and friendly. He’s repaired our washer and fridge in the past and always gives frank and honest advice as to whether we should repair or replace. I heartily recommend him!

    Dishwasher repair

    Peter has helped extend the life of this dishwasher a few times now, and I always appreciate the fact that he's so thorough and thoughtful about diagnosing the problem and finding ways to fix it.

    Appliance repair - dishwasher

    I have had Peter in to repair several of my appliances over the years - including my dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. He has always been extremely knowledgeable and honest when assessing what is needed and conducting the repairs. Whenever possible, he has proactively brought the parts I might need to the initial assessment so that he can do the repair on the spot instead of having to come back. I would strongly recommend Peter and he is the only repairman I would use myself.

    Samsung dryer repair

    Modern Appliance repaired my Samsung dryer. They were punctual, professional and repaired the dryer quickly.

    Appliance repair

    Freezer/fridge repair. On time with a high quality service and the issue was rectified. Would highly recommend.

    Washing machine repair

    Peter knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in an efficient and timely manner. Even had the parts with him so he didn't have to come twice. A pleasure to have hired him.

    Appliance installation

    I totally recommend Peter for any appliance installation job! He was punctual, efficient, but most important of all very willing to quickly come up with solutions to unexpected problems. I purchased a brand new dishwasher to be installed but there were some difficulties with the electrical/plumbing hookups in my kitchen, but Peter went above and beyond just doing a typical installation job and helped resolve those difficulties quickly. He was also very helpful and gave valuable advise on reliability and maintenance of the appliance. ?

    Fixed bake igniter on stove

    Peter worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to chat with. He explained some other quirks with my stove which works well again after service.

    LG Service

    Thanks Peter for taking the time to direct me on next steps for LG service on out of warranty products. You’ve gained my trust. I called LG and arranged an out of warranty service call for $275 (tax in) which covers the LG service call and parts.

    Oven repair

    The Job was done on time and the price quoted had no surprises. I was not home but I heard that Peter was a very professional guy. Many thanks and I will use Modern in the future when needed.
