    Washing machine repair

    Peter is prompt, professional and goes out of his way to educate his customers about how to maintain their appliances. You can't ask for anything more in a repair service.

    Washing machine repair

    Can't say enough good things about Peter. He came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a verbal estimate and explained the cost, scheduled the follow-up appointment, order the required part, showed up again as scheduled, quickly made the repair and held to the quote he originally provided. Add to that he is super friendly and outgoing. What more could you ask for? Would definitely use Modern Appliance again and would have no hesitation in recommending the company/Peter to others. Thanks for everything, Peter!!!!

    Appliance repair.

    Peter was responsive, professional, punctual and effective. We would never hesitate to refer him to friends, neighbors and clients.

    Bosch Washer part replacement

    Very satisfied with the service provided by Peter at Modern Appliance. Peter responded almost immediately and was willing to discuss the issue by phone. He provided some recommendations prior to making the determination that he needed to replace a specific component. Very transparent with respect to when he'd be able to come out along with the price. On the day of the appointment, showed up on time and replaced the part with no issues. Washer working again. Peter is polite and professional. I will use again if the opportunity arises.

    Dishwasher Installation

    Peter is great. He came to install my new dishwasher; he leveled it properly, made all the necessary connections, installed the brackets to hold it in place under the counter, and tested the cycles to make sure the water flowed and drained properly. Knowledgeable, efficient, neat, and friendly service. I highly recommend Peter from Modern Appliance.

    Induction stove repair

    Peter was excellent. He was able to obtain the necessary part for our induction stove and it now works like new, (saving us the $2800 cost of a new one). He is careful, methodical, and clean. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We highly recommend him.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Our washing machine was not draining or agitating but Peter knew what was wrong and fixed the machine. He is a wonderful technician and is very knowledgeable with what he does. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank You.

    Fantastic Service

    Peter is just wonderful. It's clear he's not only incredibly knowledgeable but takes pride in what he does and cares deeply about his customers - even ones he only ends up helping over the phone like us. When we called about an issue with our washing machine, he took time on the phone to really get the details about what was going on instead of rushing us through a bunch of generic questions and booking a time to check out the machine. Because of that, he was able to expertly diagnose the problem over the phone, let us know it was something we could try on our own if we wanted and gave us information on where we could get the part we needed and expert tips on what to be mindful of when we installed it. And he of course offered to come in if we weren't able to resolve it on our own. It all worked out and our machine is working thanks to him. He saved us time and money - we only had to pay for the part, no labour cost and we were able to get it done right away instead of waiting until he was available. He didn't hesitate to give his 100% best to help us find the best solution even if it meant he was losing out on service and labour fees. He said his aim is to save people time and money whenever he can. Truly exceptional service and just a great guy. He's the only one we'll call in the future.

    Freezer Repair

    Quick, friendly and took the time to plainly explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. I’ll definitely call again for any future appliance repairs.

    Excellent service by Peter from Modern Appliance

    Once again I received an excellent service by Peter from Modern Appliance. He worked on my old gas oven, and now I can carry on without replacing it. He always deliveries great service, has reasonable pricing, and he is punctual and flexible to accommodate your schedule. As a free bonus, he also checked my washer/dryer and gave me some good tips on their maintenance. I highly recommend Peter for all your appliances needs and repairs.
