    Great Service

    I have to say that Peter is certainly a pleasant, professional and experienced repair person. After contacting him and explaining my stove issue, he went ahead and order a few different parts and came within the week to repair the stove. He said that whatever part he didn’t use could just be returned and at no cost to me. I was very impressed with him and would highly recommend him to everyone. I will certainly use him again in the future if I needed another repair done.

    Peter is a real tradesman

    I have had the privilege - I sincerely mean that - of hiring Peter twice. He is, without question, the best, most trustworthy, honest and meticulous tradesman I have ever hired. (I wish he did home renovations, too.) He thinks about your pocket book, not his. He thinks what's in your best interest, not his. How many tradesmen today think like that? Peter, that's who. Hire him and you will come to the same conclusion.

    Great Experience Would Recommend

    Very happy with the repair that they did to my refrigerator. Very professional, came when they said they would, explained what they were doing, couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use them again.

    Oven

    Induction Range error code

    Our Electrolux induction range suddenly stopped working and indicated an E15 error code. I called Peter who was busy but took the time to talk to me. He asked me to forward the brand, model and issue with our stove. Later that evening, Peter suggested a quick fix. In the past, this tip would had resolved the problem. However as Peter noted the next morning, it is a known issue with Electrolux/ Frigidaire. The E15 error code is just a general message indicating a communication problem with one of the numerous boards and/or connectors. He took time out of his schedule to give a professional & HONEST advice without the standard diagnosis fee whereas others would happily charge. Kudos to you Peter!

    Broken dryer

    Amazing customer service. Recommend 100%. Communication was amazing. Were able to fix the problem right away and were very clear on pricing and requirements. Everyone should use them.

    Washing machine repair.

    Peter was excellent and went above and beyond. Took the extra time to fix additional problems that I was unaware of. 100%

    Dryer repair

    Peter was prompt in returning my initial request, very helpful in educating me about what the likely cause was and great in communicating when he would be there to fix it - which he did exactly as promised. Thanks so much!

    Furnace repair

    Max was great! He showed up 2 1/2 Hours after we called and described the problem with our furnace to him. He told us our options and the costs then replaced the part. Back to a heated home the same morning. Reliable, professional, fair. Recommended!!
