    dish washer repair

    Peter was extremely professional and made this repair completely hassle free. He was polite, timely and very knowledgeable. The dishwasher was fixed in less than 30 minutes and is working perfectly. I highly recommend Modern Appliance.

    Dryer repair

    Peter at Modern Appliance was great - he promptly returned my calls, answered my questions over the phone and when the time came to repair our Samsung dryer, he was thorough in walking me through what needed to be done. His honesty, transparency and professionalism instantly made him my go-to for all future appliance repairs. Well done!

    Fixing 2002 fridge

    2002 fridge, freezer working but top section of fridge warm. Called Peter. He walked me through all the possible problems to fix via phone/email/pictures. No charge. Only when we figured it was a part , he did the service call. To me, he was more concerned about helping me and booking a service call. Class act . Would recommend to anyone.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Peter was helpful from the moment I called with my problem. Importantly he showed up on time; did the work quickly; and gave suggestions on how to maintain the efficient flow of air into the air intake for better refrigerator operation. Recommend them to anyone!

    Appliance Repair

    We have used Modern Appliance for years. Most recently, my aging downdraft stove stopped working. I was faced with the 'fix of replace' challenge. Peter was amazing. He walked me through my options and I ended up deciding to fix the stove. Peter diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix the problem at a very fair price. Thanks Peter - once again you came to the rescue :-)

    Electric Stove Repair

    Called Peter from modern appliance after a great experience my neighbor had Peter came over to repair my Jenn-AIR STOVE The part was not available from the manufacturer so Peter had the board rebuilt by the next day. By doing this he saved me over $300.00 dollars Im very happy with Peter and I would highly recommend him Thank you Pete!!!!!!!!

    Gas Oven Repair

    I'm really pleased with my recent GE gas oven repair experience. The final price was reasonable, and just as they originally quoted. They had to order a specific part for my older model oven, but the repair was still completed within 2 days of my contacting them. Peter is very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    Dishwasher repair

    Peter was great, he responded the same day and continued to be very responsive over phone and email. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some advice for the appliance for down the line. Very friendly, I would highly recommend using this company.

    multiple appliance repairs...stoves, dryers, dishwashers

    Peter and Modern Appliance provide exceptional service. He responded to our call promptly, and was available quickly. We had a difficult situation because of a 'deal' stove we purchased, and he went above and beyond, with multiple service calls, to address our problem. We have now used Modern Appliance in three cases and have been thrilled with the service, quality and price of the work. Highly recommend!

    Dishwasher repair

    I called for repair and Peter was professional and found a way to have a person come to the house quickly. The repair was made, the person (Tony) was very helpful (didn't overcharge or make up some complicated reason for the problem). Peter was very accommodating in figuring out how I could get payment to him as I was not on site. The whole experience was professional, quick and exceptionally well done. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly!
