    Stove repair

    Peter was able to diagnose the problem over the phone,order the part, and my oven was repaired very quickly! Peter was easy to deal with and very easy to communicate with.

    Stove repair

    Had a problem with my downdraft jen air stove not heating properly. Peter resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. After replacing the faulty auxiliary relay my stove was back in action! Thanks again Peter for your great work! Highly recommended !

    Service Jenn-Air Stove

    I called Modern Appliance when our stove stopped working. Peter returned our calls promptly and was extremely professional. Peter quickly determined the issue, explained the problem and gave us a quote to do the repair. Peter was very prompt and fixed the issue. Fantastic - highly recommend!! Thank you Peter!!

    Dishwasher leak

    I have used Pete for his services for over 10 years. You can count on his expertise and great service! Repaired the leak I had on my dishwasher and had brought the correct part after diagnosing it over our phone conversation. He is personable,efficient, and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend !

    Fixed Freezer and Dishwasher

    He was knowledgeable, punctual, and thorough. Both repair visits were handled quickly and efficiently. Our freezer is an old model, and parts are scarce, but he was able to repair it, which saved the loss of a lot of frozen butcher meat and buying a new freezer. Not to mention the hassle of rushing out to purchase a new one quickly. He knows his stuff.

    Refrigerator repair

    Called Modern appliance for service on my kitchen aid refrigerator. Peter returned my call promptly, asked a few questions about my refrigerator, came with the part that he diagnosed over our phone conversation and got it cooling in no time! Now that's service! Peter is courteous and very knowledgeable, would highly recommend

    washing machine repair

    We hired Peter to fix our washing machine that was leaking. He saved us time and money by getting all the necessary information in advance,so that he could order parts and make only one house visit. Peter completed the work quickly, and within the price he estimated! He's our guy for appliance repairs!

    Dishwasher

    Peter has done repairs for me in the past, and has always proven to be reliable, punctual, and a skilled technician. When I called upon him the other day about a leak in my dishwasher, he made time to come the same day to assess the problem and order any parts before the long weekend. After looking at the dishwasher and seeing another potential problem that would manifest in the near future, he suggested we buy a new machine instead of putting money into the repairs. He had no vested interest in making a suggestion as to what we should look for, and let us know about a special price available at a particular store on a machine he thought would be a good choice. I feel that other servicemen may have gone ahead with the fairly expensive repair, and would have also known that a future repair would be necessary as well. When my husband had some questions about the replacement, Peter returned our message almost immediately, and again was more than generous with his time in giving my husband an explanation. While I always consult "Homestars.com" for recommendations, I have never before posted a review. In this case I felt compelled to do so.

    Gas oven repair

    Our gas oven stopped working and we called Modern Appliance to come look at it. After describing the issue to Peter on the phone he figured that it must be the ignitor and brought the replacement part with him. He was right on time and he's guess was right and after replacing the ignitor the oven started working again. The price quoted on the phone was what I had to pay. Peter is very knowledgable and professional and I would definitely call him again if any of our appliances breaks

    gas stove repair

    Thank you Peter for the professionalism and kindness you showed my parents when you repaired their stove. you went above and beyond and I am very grateful. you were so patient and knowledgeable over the phone when i was telling you what the issues were with the stove and how to deal with you. I thank you .
