Joseph and his crew trimmed four trees and a couple of hedges in our yard. As a result, we now have more sun in the yard and the racoons have ceased climbing our spruce trees (yay). The team was careful, timely, polite and courteous and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Joseph and his crew at Heritage Tree Care did a superb job of removing huge dangerous limbs from trees in our back yard that were unsafe for our children to play near. All 3 neighbours expressed their appreciation to Joseph for the quick service due to our safety concerns. The quote was fair. The service was next day. The crew was friendly and helpful. The job was completed that day. All the branches and leaves were cleared away. A week or so later there was a storm with high winds that created an issue with a huge limp hanging precariously over two yards. Joseph was there the next day to remove the limb and take away the wood - at no charge. I highly recommend Heritage Tree Care and would not hesitate to call on Heritage to take care of our tree issues. This is the type of service I appreciate. Gordon Masters

HTC did a great job in removing my tree. The space was very tight as the tree was within 2 feet of my garage. In addition, it was a very large tree and close to my house and my neighbour's house as well. With very little space to work, HTC brought it down and did not damage anything. The job was done quickly and HTC came on the day that they had promised they would. Great job!!

For a number of years, Heritage Tree Care looked after a Manitoba Maple that dominated my back yard. They trimmed it back and kept it healthy. Last year however, the tree had gotten too big to support its weight. Despite excellent care, it developed a vertical crack in its trunk and a large branch also crashed. It had always been the wrong tree in the wrong place but now there was no way around the fact that it had to go. Heritage Tree Care wrote and submitted the required arborist report/application for tree removal for the City of Toronto. Once we were granted permission, they removed the tree. But those four words hardly convey what was involved: a narrow downtown backyard with no laneway access; a tree that spanned two neighbours' yards; the need to access my yard across two other neighbours' properties; etc. There were seven team members in the yard! All of them polite, professional, and deeply reliable. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with this sort of of epic enterprise.

Lightning split one of our trees and it was hanging precariously over a neighbour's garage. Joe and his team responded quickly, offered a competitive price and were there that afternoon. Within 12 hours of the lightning strike, Heritage had the tree down with no damage to any property. Really happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

Heritage Care's group of guys were terrific. The job was massive (trim a 300 year + oak and silver maple) and they didnt need expensive boom lifts. They did a great work and was meticulous with respect to clean up. No hesitations in recommending them to others.

I had an initial meeting with Joe to quote/review the large Oak Tree that needed to be pruned of deadwood & weight balanced. He was very good at explaining what would should be done & what was best for the tree. The price was reasonable for the amazing work they did, i am very pleased! The team did an excellent job of pruning the tree & cleaning up the debris. They were very professional & friendly. I highly recommend Heritage Tree Care!! Thank you Heritage Tree Care!

What a great group of guys and a gal who were very friendly and did excellent work. They took very care of the trees and were very clean in picking after themselves. I highly recommend to anyone you will not be disappointed. Robert and Joe are very good to work with and equally accommodating. They came on time worked straight til the finish and cleaned up after. Please use these guys and a gal you will be very happy.

JOE AND HIS TEAM WERE AMAZING! I've dealt with a few different arborists in the city, and Heritage is by far the most professional, economical, and superior company I've dealt with thus far. Their work was impeccable, and they went above and beyond by doing extra work not included in the quote but that they noticed needed to be done after they commenced working. Their clean up was also excellent.

Thanks to Joe, my apple tree now looks amazing! The tree was starting to overshadow the rest of the garden but the guys shaped and trimmed it so that it now has great form and is an attractive feature once again. Joe's response to my request for both the quote, and then later for the work to be done was prompt and timely, and the clear up was fast and efficient. I highly recommend their work!
