Good afternoon. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your review as Professional Roofers is always looking for ways in which we can improve as a company. Professional Roofers does warrant out work - we offer a 10 or 15 year warranty depending on the shingle chosen by the homeowner. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover extreme weather/animal damage as it is unpreventable and cannot be controlled under workmanship. In the case of your property, your home is located in an open area where it is more susceptible to strong hits by the elements, which is why this damage wasn't covered by your warranty.
