    Roof shingles

    Finished the roof in one day on a 1700 sq ft Bungalow using extra roofers who worked very hard, I was really impressed with their work output. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Missing/damaged shingle repair

    The hurricane winds of May 4th (119 km/hr.) lifted, damaged, and removed several shingles from my roof. I called Professional whilst the winds were in progress and Olga said she would have a crew come to do the emergency repairs the next day. They arrived first thing in the morning and completed all of the necessary repairs. Due to the amount of damage I contacted my insurance company to proceed with any further work that would be required. I can't begin to say how pleased I was with the very quick response I received from this company and the peace of mind and security I received for my roof.

    roof replacement

    Work was completed in a timely manner and any questions I had were answered. I already recommended them to a neighbour

    Replace shingles and some rotten joists

    Great guys, flexible within reason and competent roofers. They did another roof for me 5 years earlier and I had one of the few roofs on the block that didn't sustain damage in the 2018 wind storms.

    new roof

    Highly recommend this company The guys that came to do the job arrived ready to work and were very polite They took pride and care in their work and did a good job. They didn't engage my neighbour when she was yelling at them not to make a mess and that one shingle better not be on her property when they left Instead of engaging with her they simply told her to call the office which she did They continued to work and didn't even take short cuts They could have just simply shingled over an ify piece of board but instead replaced the whole sheet They made sure neighbouring properties where protected from any falling shingles and cleaned up the mess better than when they found it They worked efficiently and friendly and in no time at all finished my new roof so that it looks great Highly recommend them and have told them that they can use my house as an inspection for referral I was impressed that even the supervisor inspected all three points of the roof to confirm a job well done thank you lisa

    Professional Roof for Squirrels and Birds

    I hired professional roofers 2 years ago. The reviews were good so I was pretty confident that they would do a good service. 1. The Supervisor was supposed to come during lunch to supervise the work, but he had an issue and just arrived late in the afternoon, but just to collect the money and sign the papers. 2. The roof and home looked clean, but debris (from the old roof) kept flying and falling down for over a month. So, the clean up was not well done, they just removed the debris from the places people couldn’t see. Up to this point, I was still ok with them, but then #3 happened 3. I started hearing noises at the attic, neighbors saw squirrels going under the roof. I hired AAA Gates wildlife, and then the technician told me the issue happened because the roofing company left a hole open under the roof. I paid ~$700 to fix the issue. 4. I called the supervisor, told him about the problem and the $700 bill. But, he required a photo of the problem (the open hole). At this point, the hole was patched up already, so, there’s nothing he could do. My advice to people, and to the company as well (if you want to improve): 1. Don’t be fooled by the term “Professional” in the company name. Keep an eye open, or two. 2. Make sure the supervisor supervises the work, and not only collect the money 3. If roof debris keeps flying from you roof after one month, call them and complain about the cleaning. 4. Before they start the service, ask them not to leave open holes 5. If you get squirrels or other animals, make sure to take photos of the problem before it gets fixed 6. Good luck to you

While we have noted and are taking actions with your first two concerns, we can confirm that we did not leave a whole under your roof. When jobs are completed, we ensure to take photos and have a Quality Control Manager on the property to ensure satisfaction and workmanship. Unfortunately, your warranty does not cover animal damage as it is something we cannot prevent. We asked for a photo of the "open hole" so that we could investigate the information your AAA Gates Wildlife technician told you, but without a photo there is no way to confirm how the damage was caused. We understand this is frustrating and if you would like to give us a call at the office we would be happy to discuss this issue further with you.

    House and Garage Roofs

    was very pleased with the work Professional Roofers did at my home. They came on time and finished earlier than I thought. The crew was excellent! They were very thorough and also did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

    Roof and Eavestrough

    At this time we had 2 roofs and one Eavestrough replacements done for us simultaneously which total 6 or 7 projects done for our extended family in the past 18 or 20 years since they were known as UXDU plus some other roofing that I recommended to some friends.     Roof

    Dieago came with his team and they had done a great job in completely redoing our roof. We had to redo all the ply wood and have insulation done too. We are very please, and happy with Professional Roofers with our New roof. So far we have no leaks and that great.
