    GREAT EXPERIENCE

    On his first visit, we got a great quote that was revised for an even better quote, and everything was explained in d-e-t-a-i-l-s. Most impressive was that the salesperson recommended that we spend less money because our flat roof was still in good condition! We compared quotes for an exact same other job (not the one we got done), estimated at $7000 by another company and $1000 less with Professional Roofers. Installers came on time, were courteous and took pictures before/after. Overall, we feel good about the work and the experience was pleasant.

    New Flatroof

    John gave us a quote right away and they were able to squeez our project in right away. It was done right and ontime 2 days , in and out! Great experience and very professional! 17x55 flat roof, new install

    roofing shingles

    This is my 2nd job with Professional Roofers. They are honest, the price they quote is the price you pay. Both roofs were completed on the promised day, the site supervisor went through the installation with me and ensured I was satisfied with the job. They may be a little more expensive than the average company, however...you get what you pay for. The property was left very clean, with no nails or shingles left on the ground. If you love your house and want a great roofing job, call the Professional Roofers.

    roof

    Professional Roofers fixed my daughters room last year, she was happy with a job well done so we decided to call to have our roof looked at as well. Jonathan was awesome he went over issues we asked about and gave us detailed information on our roof. A date was set and all was ready. I contacted Jonathan a few days later to see if we could change the date and there was no problem in doing so. The gentlemen that came out were knowledgeable and polite. Our roof was replaced completely and it looks great.

    Roof Replacement & Insulation Top Up

    Our roof needed replacement as well as our neighbours. Though the estimator Patrick was unable to meet as discussed, we were able to communicate by phone to cover all the details. Our install was moved to an earlier date, which we were very happy to hear and the team arrived and completed the work in 1 day. We were very impressed with how well the surrounding area was left and the installation for both roof and insulation top up was completed as described. Patrick came by at the end of the install day, did his inspection and took away any last remnants from the job. Today Professional Roofers . com's office did a short follow-up, reminded us to register for our warranty and asked how everything was to date. We recommend this organization for their professional business ethics and appreciate them providing answers to our many questions in a clear and concise manner. We look forward to 20+ year with this new roof. Thank you for a job well done.

    Comprehensive and trustworthy estimate including competitive pricing. Professional and friendly, high quality installation. Solid follow up from the office staff for online registration to roof warranty. option to purchase "transferability" to warranty.

    Roof Tile and Eaves Replacement

    We researched reputable and reliable companies when choosing a contractor for the job. Sebastian came to our home as scheduled, and provided a very competitive price for the work. The crew arrived on time, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up the area immaculately with not a hint of any residue from the job! Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and Sebastian provided honest guidance and advice in choosing materials. Inspections were done within 24 hours of completion! Would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

    Roof replacement

    It was time to replace our shingle roof. Jonathan, the Associate Estimator, arrived on the scheduled day and time and gave the quote. After I decided to go with Professional Roofers.com, Fernando, the Quality Control Manager, arrived with three roofers on August 25 in the morning, as scheduled. My wife and I are very happy with our new premium roof (Cambridge LT Year). The roofers removed the old shingles, added 4 new solar vents and 2 exhaust vents, and a new shingle roof on our house and shed, and cleaned up the debris in half a day. We would definitely recommend Professional Roofers.com. George C. (Toronto)

    A Job Well Done

    Professional Roofers did a great job. They explain the whole process and provide a free onsite estimate and ecola nation of the entire process and what to expect. They kept us well informed closer to the day, and the job went exactly the way they said they would. Their Quality Assurance staff inspected the roof on completion to ensure quality of installation and made sure there was no other damage to property. The clean up job was well done (a few nails found after but that is to be expected, 1000's are removed!). I would highly recommend that those serious about purchasing a quality product from a quality company at least get an estimate.. You may find a cheaper price, but having done some roofing myself I know these guys truly are Professional Roofers. Thank you for putting a roof back over our heads! - Newmarket

    Happy Customer

    Patched a leak and then replaced the roof of our new house. Attentive sales staff, roofers were fast and polite and was pleased that a quality control person came by to inspect and sign-off on the work once complete and before payment. This is how it should be done.
